Coaches have to learn to capitalize on the skills of their players instead of trying to shoehorn them into the coach's style.
Bull wouldn't make these coaches' bench, even.

We can all see what is wrong with the team, we defend too deep and do not press the attacking players and we allow them to pick out their passes with no pressure. When we attack we are far to slow to get the ball into the opponents box and this allows our opponents to get into their shape. I still believe we can turn this around and give the fans something to get behind.

VP's tactical is to play the ball sideways - he's talked about it before. I don't think it works in English football and why we've given a 3 year contract to a manager who never lasts on average more than 18 months at any club he's managed is complete craziness. Just like last season with GoN.

VP won't last the season which means more money wasted in pay offs and trying to bring in someone to improve the team based on the bottom of a very empty barrel.

The running of the club right now is a shambles.
