I know that for some years now I've been an outspoken critic of Wolves policy of selling off our best players every Summer to fund the club because our impoverished multi billionaire owners can't.

Upon reflection I think It's now time to put an end to all the negativity being aimed at Jeff Shi and Fosun over the Club's transfer business of late. Because we're not a 'top 6' side the Premier League always makes us start the season in 20th place. However, despite being totally unprepared having lost both games so far, accumulating 0 points and a -5 goal difference we've actually climbed one place to 19th.

So forget wasting money on signing anymore players, because if Wolves can reach 17th by Xmas, then consolidate that position, they will have achieved Fosun's targets early. With a net profit on transfers and Premier League survival guaranteed surely Jeff will get his bonus and we'll all be happy for him, right?

The power of positive thought is immense so we don't need Premier League standard players if every fan plays his part and we all focus our positivity energy to that end. So let's all start the process tomorrow night when two of the finest football brains in England clash, Jeff Shi and Karen Brady and set Wolves off on their way to winning their first major trophy during the Fosun regime, it just can't fail.

Sorry Long but not only do we start the season in 20th place we are generous enough to give all other sides a two game start.

Long I was all for your train of thought until the finest brains in football then I started thinking of a better use for the train!

I'm all for positive though. In saying that it hasn't worked in the two games so far though I've done my best! Clearly my best is simply not enough.
