Not a wolves banter but I am disgusted by the reaction to the England team's performance at the Euros. Christ they just won the group, maybe that is not enough for the so called fans and pundits these days. Lineaker, Neville and Shearer you should hang your heads in shame. Why are you pundits - because you couldn't hack it as managers yet you have the gall to call Southgate who has been the most successful England manager since Ramsay, I can hold you in anything but contempt. Lineaker worth £1.4m for what he does is a joke. The reason England have struggled is that every team they have played has parked the bus - why because that was their best strategy not to get taken to the cleaners. The next stages will probably be different but I find myself hoping that England don't win because the so called fans don't deserve it. Get behing the team thick or thin!

The performances have been shocking. I agree with the pundits having a go. They have been there and had it done to them so are better placed than most. Remember 1988 when we lost all 3 games and the press tried to curtail Linekers zengland career or Euro 96 when they were demanding Shearer was dropped. It is not a new thing and had England been playing decent football, then maybe they wouldn't be criticised.

The fans paid a lot of money to go watch England, the anger towards Southgate was justified he should have gone after the Denmark match.

Southgate seems to be falling into the trap of picking players and asking them to play roles they aren't naturally familiar with at club level, like so many past England managers.

But we're thru. And in the best side of the draw.
So it's up to the players to show .grit determination, and play like they do every time in the prem.
They won't get a better chance of reaching the final, this time
Surely they will perform better
