Our office has just had an enquiry of a property to rent in Sutton Coldfield, its believed the person is Dan Seabourne.

EstateAgentSource

1.) Thanks for the heads-up mate. We know we can trust our estate agent.

2.) Hey he's back! Missed you buddy! Do you know anyone who calls himself The Saint?

3.) It's odd how there must only be one Estate Agency in the Wolverhampton area.

4.) Which bit of Sutton?league 1players surely won't be anywhere near roman road. or perhaps he can rent a room from ohara

5.) Going to play for Walsall?

6.) Aint it funny the Saint goes an estate agent appears there never in the same place?

We are trying for a loan of Will Keane. "The futures bright" & as always trust your estate agent.

EstateAgentSource

1.) Would be a good signing - this is a very talented player. however he damaged his cruciate ligament last year and has not played since.

2.) GO AWAY U SILLY LITTLE MAN

3.) I would be very happy with that. he is someone we should look to sign perm. a natural goalscoarer SAF thinks very highly of him. And just for the KeaneO chants alone might gte a feel good factor amongst the place.

I got this from a person who has been 100% accurate about transfers in the past, I do not see said person that often but what I am being told is Wolves are going back in for a loan of Everton forward Apostolos Vellios. "The future's bright" & as always trust your estate agent.

EstateAgentSource

1.) I know this guy who as contacts and he's 100 % every time and he has told me not to believe a word what estate agent says because he just guesses and hopes that eventually one will turn up trumps, but shhhhh in case it scuppers the rumours.

2.) Anyone else see that flying pig?

The truth will set you free.

3.) Estate agents are not to be trusted

4.) Sorry R Truth but according to N-Trance "Only love will set you free". "The futures bright" & as always trust your estate agent.

5.) Estate Agent seems busy on this site, is there a housing recession on? Ha ha

EstateAgentSource

1.) Pigs might!

2.) Aha he's off again. x

3.) The futures bright if the estate agent ever stops telling porkys.

4.) Estate agent whatever guy
You are really getting quite tiresome now

5.) I think we all know by now that we need to trust in our estate agent. in that everything he tells us is a load of crap!

Hearing that Kightly may be making a return to Wolves. "The futures bright" & as always trust your estate agent.

EstateAgentSource

1.) What don't say its name on here!

2.) Hope your right but, I think your talking Bo---ks!

3.) Load of rubbish, why don't you go back to sleep and have another silly dream, or do some work because you seem to have to much time on your hands. UTW

4.) No chance he will never be welcome back at Molinuex the Judas.

The truth will set you free.

5.) Dont want that turn coat deserter back here thanks, let him rot at stoke behind super pennant lol

He made his bed let him fester in it.

If we bring him back then that's me don't i'm affraid.

6.) Branding him 'Judas' is slightly over the top.

Look at the facts. Yes we kept him for years while he was injured. But that was because he was a damn good player. Any team in the middle/bottom of the prem would have done exactly the same.

We haven't done him any favours. If we had released him, he would have just signed for another team days later. Also when we were relegated he said he wanted to play Premier League football. doesn't any player who has been relegated? Again, it balls down to Moxey and Morgan. We could and should have kept him, tried for promotion and risked losing him for nothing at the end of the season. What is £2.5m to football teams these days?

I say bring him back, get behind him. He is the quality sort of player we need.

7.) What are you talking about calling him Judas is slightly over the top? It fits him down to the ground. What he did was unforgivable. What did he do to prove he was worthy of premier football? He only played a handful of games. He was also saying he would stay with us but was the first to go! At the end of the day you sign the contract at your own risk, and to me no player should ever put in transfer requests. If you want to jump ship when the going gets tough. You should have a clause in your contract. Not have the cheek to say I'm too good to play in the championship, thanks for paying me wages for being on the sick!

8.) Hello! Are you having a nice time on fantasy island? If Kightly wanted to play premier league football he should have pulled his finger out last season along with all the other no hopers and made sure Wolves stayed up. I'm afraid Kightly has got his ambition mixed up with his ability. He is not a prem league; never will be, and will never be welcomed back at the Wolves!

9.) I try to not get involved with Numpties, but the simple fact is that Kightly never wanted to leave and would happily have signed a new contract. A contract SS said he wouldn't be given as he didn't fit into his plans.
He is no Judas. He just left a club that didn't want him (SS, JM and co) and went elsewhere, where it happens he is very unhappy in the land of clay under Sgt Pulis.

10.) To the guy who says he wanted a new contract are you deluded? Where do you get your info from? did you dream it up like the OP? Even if what your saying is true he could of still stayed and proved himself. but no he though the grass was greener but it just happens that it wasnt and it bit him right on the backside. All he is is a badge kisser

11.) Well let's face facts he the only player to come back and watch us wheres heads gone fletcher oh wait he's got no time for us now

12.) Well I suppose there are two options, one - I am deluded and currently sitting popping my pills as I mutter "sleeping giant" over again, or it was Michael I was speaking to about 12 months ago. Under Mick it was "more like a youth club" in his words, and until Johnson turned up it was a happy ship. (Which I think we all know?).
I wonder though how he could "stay and show his worth" when frozen out in the reserves as SS would have had? (not guessing he would be out within a few months)
Jarvo wanted out as did Fletch but Kites was happy to stay in the champ and come back up. There are enough people around this whole shambles to be cross with - Kightly shouldn't be one.

13.) Money grabber, 2 1/2seasons taking our money then first chance he gets legs it. Never be welcome back at this Club so let's move on. P. J.

14.) Kightly is a disgrace, the club gave him his big chance, paid his wages when he was alledgelly on the sick and at the first chance its i'm alright jack off to clayland. if he ever came back to the mol if for one would let him know about it.

15.) Can't believe some of these posts. Players can come and go as they like. They are not slaves or gang members. If he's good enough he's welcome enough as far as I'm concerned.

16.) I've seen Kightly going to games still with his family as a fan. He's a quality player regardless of what he's done, if he comes back then I'll accept him back like.

1.) Oh do give over!

2.) Have any of your "sources" actually came to any form of fruition yet? If they have, they have slipped us by.

Keep clutching at straws

7.) I think some people have a sense of humour failure. Good one, by the way, EstateAgentSource.

8.) I've heard a rumour that Moxey is in talks with a native American striker, plays in MLS, his name is Um Heap Big Trouble.
