Interesting, but unless I am looking in the wrong places, or the heat has got to me, the notorious "Molineux News" has disappeared. These are the company who claimed "our journalists are all 'wolves experts', and also, Man U, Man C, West Ham etc etc. Odd that!!
1.) 10 Jul 2026 18:43:40
Molineux News is part of GRV Media Limited, and is in excellent financial shape according to filings at Companies House.
2.) 11 Jul 2026 08:37:41
Don't know anything about Molineux News, but just typed in 'Molineux News' and, lo and behold, the site loaded.
3.) 11 Jul 2026 08:43:57
P.S. According to them, we still own Emmanuel Agbadou.

Harvey Elliott.. My mistake.
So, the lad was on loan from Liverpool to Villa. I cannot understand that one at all.
1.) 26 Jun 2026 17:49:10
I would take Elliot on loan anytime with obligation to buy 25mill if promoted. Been in Championship before being loaned to Sheff United.
{Ed001's Note - Blackburn, he spent a season on loan at Rovers.}
2.) 26 Jun 2026 20:48:16
Sorry Edoo1, my mistake. Still think good enough for Wolves.
{Ed001's Note - no worries mate, just my pedantry cutting in.}
3.) 26 Jun 2026 22:10:40
Seems to be the new 'in word' for Ed001, Bully's boy II and Whataload.
I need to check my dictionary! ?

Rumours, rumours
Hi, Wolves fan since 1967. I just re-registered because like all of us, I do love our club. Rumours are often just that and I've been doing some research (sort of) about some of the drivel that one particular 'news outlet'puts out about our club every day. Molineux News, nothing to do with the club, at least ten times a day, often begin articles with a clever trick, eg today "Wolves announce" so click on the article and it's about Hugo Bueno MAY be having the number 3 shirt. Well Whoop be doop!but, as fans, hungry for info, click on it and it's 'may be', 'could be'. It's keyboard warriors, freelance cutting and pasting for clicks. It ain't journalism. They know nothing, have no insight, no sources, but today, at least 20 stories (?) or variations, which gives the impression they are in the know. If course, then, people see it and on other sites, forums, social media, repeat, that's how trouble escalated. Another poster mentioned if we take any notice we won't have a team. they've been doing it at least 5 years and sadly, it does rule people. They really are not Wolves fans, not proper journalists and they have hundreds of similar clickbait entities, West Ham News is one, they do all other sports, it's amazing how some of these 'fana' write similar articles for other clubs, racing, F1, tennis. To me it's fraudulent. I'm old fashioned but I urge people not to be taken in. They are the worst.
Wolves at we.

Actually Molineux News is not the worst MacWulf! (It is part of the 'GRV Media Group' which also includes 'The Boot Room', 'HITC' and various EPL clubs).
For the worst, I suggest you take a look at 'Football Fan Cast' who are in the same group as 'Give Me Sport' and 'Football League World' and who together spout speculation and rubbish more often than is currently in Birmingham's streets!
Another group is 'National World Publishing' who include 'Birmingham World and surprise, surprise the 'Express and Star' and the 'Shropshire Star'.
I could give you more but there are too many to list here!
Over the past 3 years I have logged many articles from a huge variety of websites about players Wolves are 'going to sign' or 'are interested in' and you would be amazed at the number of articles which turn out to be totally untrue.
How about the one of Jamie Vardy joining Wolves? Hilarious!
The only website I have any confidence in is 'Sport Witness' which I have found is fairly reliable although not perfect but has a decent record. Some fans will slag it off but then everyone is entitled to have an opinion.
There are 100's of sites out there which publish so-called rumours, gossip and speculation so it is down to the individual whether to trust them or not.
IF fans could only be flies on the wall of the actual clubs then fans would really know what is real or not unless you have a 'mole' then unfortunately we have to read what we are given.

Must be some money in Malcwulf as it seems to be getting worse.
3.) 26 Jul 2025 10:09:14
You're right guys, it's the same old, same old. And of course it's not just Wolves and not just football. Clickbait. Keep clicking and you keep the money rolling in for those websites, as they can get paid for clicks.
4.) 26 Jul 2025 14:04:10
But we do deep throat and we will keep on doing it. There's always a little bit of smoke even if the fires no where near!
26 Jun 2026 16:44:53
Speaking of Harvey Elliott, I can't believe that lad has sat out almost a whole EPL season, but the way Villa have done it, you can't fault the manager's decisions. Surely that's going to affect his future? Unless, of course, he has been on loan and I never noticed. I don't keep up too much these days. It gives me a headache.
26 Jun 2026 16:38:59
Louis Leroux...documentaries... I flipping love that one. ???
Must be the heat. I misquoted a rumour site.
It actually said... "the rumour may not align with the truth".
26 Jun 2026 16:34:24
Could be good.
Saw a line on one of the rumour sites about a player.
Quote: "The reality may not align with the truth."
Who knew?
11 Jun 2026 18:43:49
Just asking, but which journalists or 'sources' do folks find most reliable? And, by contrast, which ones are not trustworthy at all?
11 Jun 2026 18:30:53
My typo earlier, Kenny Jackett, not Kenny Hackett. Thanks Doog947 for correcting my mistake.
26 Jun 2026 16:53:37
I watched a few Ligue 1 games on the TV last season, and it's a high standard. I think some of these folks who talk about the EPL being the best league, need to give their heads a wobble.
Been hearing it since 1992. It may have been, but I think it's open to debate. It's more like an expensive slot machine now, you put your money in... and in... and in... and you don't get much back.

"Wolves confirm season ticket sell out for 2026-27 campaign
Matt Maher
By Matt Maher
Chief Sports Writer"
Just saying!
Of course, there will be the odd few who claim "fake news".
18 Jun 2026 17:28:01
Which seems to imply that the naughty keyboard warriors and Daily Fails of the media cesspit were wrong from the start. Can't help it, but I really do despise sloppy reporting and Internet bs. I have long thought that the social media ban they are talking about should be extended to these idiots who tell fibs for clickbait.
12 Jun 2026 13:28:01
Very sad news indeed. A true football gentleman, always gave everything to clubs he played for and managed. Had a lot of respect for him.
RIP Kenny Jackett.

I don't often post, but read the comments a lot. It is easy to blame the ineptitude of the previous chairman, Jeff Shi and he has already apparently gone 'upstairs', however, there is one individual who I hope never sets foot in or near Wolverhampton again, the person who started this rot which was never going to be overcome and that, in my opinion is Pereira, who somehow always manages to land on his feet. All the defeats and poor play at the start of the season left us bottom with very little hope of recovering. The man came in and tried to be a 'breath of fresh air', but did nothing to prepare the squad for this season.
The sale of some of our top players seemed to happen without a word being said by him against it. That is the way it appears, even if it is not the full story. If Rob Edwards can now begin to build to 'hit the ground running' next season, which will need both ability, mental tough ess and physical strength, then now we know our fate, it is already time to accelerate the plan for next season. I am fairly sure that RE knows this and has been planning already. Some players will move on, without a doubt, but if he can replace well, then there is a little bit of light to come from the current darkness.
