From Keen,
Gary O'Neil would be 'unbelievably surprised' if star players, such as Joao Gomes and Matheus Cunha, left this summer. Wolves have no plans to sell them.

The trouble is Rated, we all rely on the media for our information.
We get sucked in to read and then take as true the 90% of nonsense that comes from ALL media channels. By the way that goes for much of other general news.
Going back, it seems there were posters who did have connections to the Club and would have a few gems of insights to share. That doesn't seem to be the case now.
For what it is worth, Mr Guangchang (Fosun), I think has now a good direct working relationship with Hobbs and has made it clear the transfer budget. Hobbs seems to be spending it wisely, so making it difficult to close deals. I still believe we will strengthen.
I just wish the 3 owners would find us a decent commercial manager to build additional revenue to develop the Club in terms of players, stadium and fan base.

Indeed Rugeley, there are some that seem to dismiss the positive rumours as rubbish, but believe everything they hear of the negatives is the gossbil truth.

Spot on Rugely mate, I always cross reference any rumour with several sources before posting, ofcourse even that can be wrong at times too.

Interesting post Rugeley. But I think we struggle just because of our location and the fact we don't have European football and can't compete with teams based in London.
I have it on good authority the Molineux is being painted you may have noticed that the lower parts of the of stands had new paint at a cost of £600k.
Not saying that the stadium doesn't need doing but Fosun are taking steps to protect the club and the facilities we have.
The commercial revenue is a hard one as the market is really saturated to be honest. I like the idea of a new sports brand under Fosun and the fact we can control which may mean if we are successful maybe increasing the brand oversea in wolves bars etc but it take time. Probably a big factor why we didn't capitalise on Europe last time as we forget it was 40 years since we were last in it. Even Villa are more agile in the market now after a year in Europe last season as a comparison.
I think the big thing for the club is getting European football over 5 straight years (doesn't matter what type of European football) but just continuing to grow the club and brand. And aiming for a league Cup or FA Cup over those 5 years. I'd say the league Cup is probably easier to win if we had a big enough squad.
Also Fosun have tried to sign some players that were in the Chelsea team on Sunday Madeuke, Badiashiale etc that's the problem the big clubs continue to hold on to good players but they can rot at those clubs.
