Sheffield Wednesday filed for administration today. A great old club like that, under dodgy ownership.

Administration means that Accountants take over the club and repay the creditors in a certain order if assets are sold. Hopefully, they find a buyer for the club to avoid too many asset sales or a winding up order from a creditor.

It also means an automatic 12 point deduction. All considered it's not necessarily fatal for the club but not pleasant either.

I honestly fear that scenario will/may happen to us if we lose our PL status under Fosun.

That fear is not unreasonable NGSM but on the other hand with no top players to sell off each Summer for big money Fosun may actually find supporting a Championship club more palatable.

I agree that the Burnley game represents a watershed. Lose and three defeats against the promoted sides surely signals the end for VP. I cannot see what it is he is trying to do, there is no decipherable style of play. Our pressing is haphazard and is so easy to bypass. Andre should sit in front of the back four and conduct play, like a quarter back. But in order to do that he has to execute passes beyond those 10 yard ones, which are his stock in trade. If he can’t move beyond these he needs replacing. Gomes and Munetsi should play as a two, ahead of Andre. They need to sit and attack the ball when the opportunity arises. Not al, the time, which is what they are being asked to do now. The result of this tactical suicide is, we are the easiest midfield to bypass in the entire league. Statistics show this.
Front three is an issue. Strand Larsen is not aggressive enough so I would opt for Tolu. Bueno has sent in crosses galore that other teams forwards would relish, but Strand Larsen has not capitalised on.
Not sure Arias has the physicality required for this league, so would opt for support for Tolu to come from Fer Lopes and Rodrigo. If Bellegarde is fit I would replace Munetsi with him and push Marshall alongside Tolu.
