Does anyone know if the tickets for the West Ham match have been automatically downloaded onto our Smartcards for entry on Tuesday? I’ve had no email with a ticket to download, with the game only a couple of days away- one of those being a bank hols. I’ve usually had my tickets emailed by now.

I brought some yesterday for myself and my daughter. All I have received is a confirmation email from Ticketmaster but no tickets. I'm hoping it will come through when the ticket office re-open on Tuesday morning!

Checked availability, looks like all those who renewed season tickets are giving this one a miss, speaks volumes for why they renewed and what they think of what's on offer.
