How is it a pen when you clearly see Vardy move his leg into Sa when Sa didn’t initiate contact.

I was sat looking down on the goal area. It looked to me that Vardy had lost control with the ball heading for a goal kick. Then he went down with his feet in to Sa's thighs. My take was he made a bad first touch then tried to manufacture a foul.
