Danso deal is off! Spurs hijacked Danso clearly is not a man of his word.

Who is in footy?! Sorry but this is (again) on the club! Spurs weren't interested till their first target turned um down! We should have got this over the line a week ago and yet again are paying for not doing so! Now on to the next target, cause eitherway we need a new cb ?

How is this the clubs fault? Lens and Wolves had agreed a deal. Danso and Wolves had agreed a deal. Spurs have come in at the last minute and probably offered Danso more money. But at this moment, Lens and Spurs have NOT agreed anything. So if anyone is to be blamed here, it is Danso as in the last week he has agreed to move to Rennes, Juventus, Wolves and Spurs. He's clearly chasing the £££'s

Think we dodged a bullet with this guy Danso anyway. Looks like he or his agent just looking for the club willing to pay the highest ££. Apparently it would just have been a loan anyway with no option to buy, which IMO is pointless anyway. I am critical though that we've chased this player virtually all month and to me his club, agent or the player have been using us just to get him a better deal. I hope we have backup options now, because clubs will know we're in a desperate situation and will understandably hike the price of any targets.
