Quite disappointed this morning. Not just the result but the manner in which we just gave up.
RAN can't defend so why manager after manager keep playing him is beyond me.
The mid fielders are completely over run every game despite best efforts of Gomes and Andre.
Sarabia is is a waste of space as is Hwang so neither should play again.
Stating the obvious we need a CB and another option up front.
Sorry to be the voice of doom but the ship is slowly sinking and we the supporters seem to be the only ones that care

Will post a rating report later on today, note I haven't seen the game on the TV so it will be from the skewed view of the stands, but sadly have to say I agree with pretty much everything said above

Based on the current squad we have, if we play 442, then AIT isn't good enough.

How bad must Meupiyou and Alfie Pond be if they can't get into the matchday squad?

For the Arsenal game, which we're expected to lose, let's go 352 with Agbadou and Toti either side of Dawson. Semedo and Rodrigo as wingbacks, Joao and Andre in CM, AIT in the hole with Cunha and JSL upfront. We've nothing to lose so let's just go all out attack.

I don't think his head has been turned. I think last night's performance was down to the rest of the team also being poor which in turn affected the likes of Joao and Cunha who dipped below their usual level due to having to try to cover others shortcomings.

None of our defence is good enuf.the back3 with doherty bueno agbadou=not good enuf.gomes and andre get over run too easily and have to drop too deep because the back3 are poor.ran can't defend anyway.semedoworks but is definitely no captain.whoever we play hwang.bellegarde.sarabia=not good enuf.guedes and r gomes have some talent but too lightweight.cuhna obviously is the star player but always tries too do too much and now has his head turned with big club transfer talk.jsl tries but after the last few games when we rely on him to score he's let us down.and the sa injury thing is becomming a regular scenario in every game.im not sure VP really is an upgrade on gon.i think wer in bigbig trouble.the players don't seem onboard withit and wer relying on teams below us to be actually worse than us now.sell cuhna.ran.hwang sarabia.lemina.johnson or sa.bring in 150mil.add 50mil to it and full rebuild with 200mil.?

I’ve not posted for a long time on here

My thoughts currently are

If we continue to play a back 3 we need to play 3 Centre midfield players and 2 up top
A bit like Brentford did when Tony was there
Cunha and Strand up top

R Gomes has to start in a more attacking role if we continue with current formation
I think Gomes and Cunha on the wings looks more dangerous than Guedes or Hwang at the moment

I have a fear that VP only has one style of play and won’t budge which is worrying with the current choices at CB
