Ok, I am not in the know but I am a Wolves Supporter and here is my take on things.
(1) Yes I believe the takeover has or is very close to being announced
(2) In relation to point 1 I actually think that it has already been agreed and has already happened
(3) If I was in a position of buying the club (and I was a multi billionaire) then surely the minute this is announced the price for any player we are interested in goes up by 25% (at least) !
So, why not try and get the business done now then announce when the players are in place
Just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride folks!

Totally agree RV I think most things will be in place before K. O. like I keep saying think positive let's enjoy the ride, after last year anything as got to be better, that football we tried to play last year if you can call it football was absolute rubbish, every home game was like watching paint dry, Kenny was asking for the sack playing 1 up front at home when we wolves fans have been brought up with attacking football at home win or lose.
