Did not Liverpool insist that he play 75% of the games if fit or a 6 figure penalty sum would become payable. Wigan would not agree to this.

There is another candidate who has taken a team to the Premier League and kept them up playing decent football. I don't like the man but his record at Leicester speaks for itself. Not a yes man though so the board would never appoint him anyway. Really hope KJ turns it around and the next 3 games will show us a lot.
{Ed001's Note - I would think Pearson's attitude of being a complete bell with a racist son would be more of a problem than his not being a yes man. Obviously some people think a thug who condones racism is ok so long as he wins games.}

Didn't Steve Sidwell playing for Villa break Adlene Guedioura's leg in 2010. Bet precious boy was playing and I seem to remember it was not a particularly nice tackle.
