Lot of moaning and groaning about not getting a recognised striker. Spain just beat Italy 3-0 without playing a striker. Comparing the way Spain play football and England. England light years away so boring to watch its painfull.

Well said Glynnwolf, we know we could of done with striker but it was not to be with deal for striker not going through in the final hours, and you have to say we have played very well so far this season and seam to be going in the right direction with the best football being played for years, I for one am very happy with our progress and top 6 would be great to get automatic promotion would put the icing on the cake and I would not rule out that with our progress.
To stay in top 6 by january would give us a great chance of going up with transfer window to push on if need be .

Mind you looking at Conceicao in an interview he did with French tv he must have an hard life. Idont know how old he his but he looks like he has been married about five times and still counting the cost of it all.

Looked up the Portuguese manager Conceicao now managing at Nantes. Not sure how long forMr Kita the owner of Nantes gets through managers even quicker than Fosun. Played for about ten different clubs. Porto Inter twice also Lazio and in Belgium. Turned down Leicester City to become their manager. Managed to bring Nantes back from the brink and seems to take no prisoners. in terms of discipline . Also managed to get the strikers at Nantes who seemed to be acarbon copy of Wolves strikers in the fact they forgot how to score goals. He got them sorted . Might be just the bloke we need. The other guy Couceiro another Walter by the look of it.

I am somewhat confused with the Portuguese manager mentioned. Seems to be different ways of spelling his name . ieCouceiro or Conceicao. Are they the same guy.

No, different people. You might remember Conceicao from Euro 2000 when he put 3 past Germany although usually used as a sub from what I recall.
