I'm told its all moving along just not as fast as either side would like . In the hands of legal teams but it's still happening. Both sides want to get this done as soon as possible.

I have heard that the Moxey consortium are a little behind the Chinese one but it's still 50/ 50 which one it will be.
Moxey was well in front a month ago but one of his main investors pulled out.
No announcement till next week at the earliest.
