I know Jeff Shi was at the game today and some fans have said he looked a worried man. Now he has been summoned to a meeting with the owners to discuss what has gone wrong and how it can be sorted. I don't know how true this is as it is just murmurings at the moment but it seems that Guo is about to make drastic changes at the top. Will it be Shi, Sellars or both?

Something needs to change Jas. Like getting a manager now, and not waiting until 2023.

Then a DoF.

I'd be shocked if it wasn't true Jas.

Drastic action is definitely what's required.

Definitely both but the players need to also show some bloody fight we need a manager Now! ASAP if they leave it to 2023 we could already be cut off from the rest of the pack
Get Dyche in to save out premiership status now!
Things haven't been the same sinse Darylwimple left where he was the one who interacted with the fans and club where we had a more togetherness
Also losing our Capt Coady was a mistake he was a great leader on and off the pitch and that's what we ate lacking we have a great team but there not being managed right
Please remove both Sellars and Shi Fosun before it's too late

Jas, how realistic do you think what you said is correct?

When Guangchang came over in the summer, I thought it was also to remove Shi and Sellars.
I bet he wish he had done!
2019 under Dalrymple, we we were set well for a Top 6 push.
Direct management from Shi after sacking him and now we are in serious risk of relegation.

Getting dyche would be the biggest step backwards this club could take after Nuno. Personally I would rather relegation. If we stayed up with dyche how many years would you want him lingering around the club? Or is it just for the rest of the season?
I would rather we swallow our pride and kindly ask NES to come and get the team back into shape like it was before he was sacked . Just my opinion mind seems a lot want Dyche I’m just not feeling it.

Donhead, I can sort of see your point of view regards relegation.

The mistakes go back years.

Over reliance on the Mendes stable, the leaving of Thelwell, Dalrymple and Hayward, building a team around Nuno's preferred 343 thus becoming dependent on certain key players, moving away from that style without the players to play 442, working with to small a squad, buying high and selling low in the transfer market, to many average purchases, poor managerial appointments, the wrong players sold.

I'm sure others can add to the list.

So my thought is this, will it be quicker and easier to sort this mess out in the championship (although costlier) than by staying up.

On the plus side the U21's coming through should hopefully be able to form a championship nucleus.

Regards Dyche I've got an open mind but right now somebody with a bit of tenacity about them is certainly needed, and yes we could be detached by 2023 without action taken quickly.

Right now I'ld welcome Jez Moxey back as CEO.

I don't know. As I said it's all unconfirmed murmurings.

Absolutely support what Jas says here and Somerset wolf.
Who knows if it's true about s&s being called in by Guo.but so dearly hope so!
I said on here a times for ages - Shi is THE problem. you've all seen his interviews, he's getting rid of good and proven men - Dalyrymple, Thelwell etc (who have all gone on to prove themselves very valuable and successful to other clubs), how Shi has taken all jobs on himself, how he gave £100m ( half of it completely wasted ) to Bruno who should obviously got sacked at end of season, and then sacks him after 7 further hopeless games, shi who obviously so inept and ignorant of anything football then failed to inspire and recruit at least 2 managers ( including even a newbie from the the championship who otherwise is desperate to be a Prem mgr), and dhibwho surrounds himself with yes men.
Guo start at the top - it's your money and investment Shobis wasting your club will be worth a fraction of it was when Shi gets us relegated.
Get rid of him NOW, put in one of your own men who will appoint true and experienced football execs around him - and listen to them.and make the new CEO first job to recruit a true, experienced and non nonsense manager urgently.2923 is far too late.
Do it Guo. You're being hoodwinked and ruined by Shi! Get rid - I repeat - NOW

Half of £100m completely wasted, Rollo? Which half would that be? Closer to 100% wasted, I'd say. We've acquired players no better, probably worse, than those we've let go for a pittance. Guedes at £25m can't get in the team;Nunes at £42m is lightweight, goes on a few runs but loses the ball too easily,is often anonymous and his passing is regularly wayward;Hwang at £12m is something of a headless chicken with no end product whilst Collins, although having potential is one for a few seasons time not the here and now of a tough relegation battle.

Well E and S reporting Fosun looking to sell assets to raise cash. I doubt WWFC would raise much based on the value of Fosun but wouldn't be surprised if the club was suddenly put up for sale even though based on league position its not a hood time to sell.

£100m wasn't waisted at all, yes Guedes has found it tough so far.just like Neto did to start with, on Nunes we all no there is a world class player in him but he has been thrown in to English football straight away, look at Newcastle when they signed there Brazilian midfielder for £40 on million and he didn't start the first 7 or 8 games now he his up to speed and bossing every game! We have a very capable squad, but even though Mountinho has been one of the best wolves players I have ever seen over the years its time to bench him, we lack a strong hard midfielder like even though I didn't rate him a Dendonker. Villa were rubbish all season he starts and they go and win 4-0, I asked a good villa friend of mine what he thought of him and he said he wasn't his cup of tea but he does a job. just what we miss! The squad ain't the problem.Forget about Jota, and Doherty they have been gone for years now, Boly can't get into the Forest team! If you watch Coady play closely he has made plenty of mistakes, just look at the last round of England fixtures he didn't get a look in but players like Kyle Walker and even Harry Maguire get picked well before him! Villa are not getting Almiron so stop talking about him, he will only leave for a top European side! Were all scared of Neves leaving but why would he stay if he read half the bull online, Molineux ain't a place to be scared off its a joke, **** Shi and **** Sellars let's get behind the boys!
