We heard this hours ago. Also why has it taken 5 days to confirm saiss. I thought you agreed a fee first before before they were allowed to talk to a team not agree everything then try to agree a fee.

Oh Knight I think you might be in for some stick!

Knight's got Felix's ITK crown in his sights!

Better off signing Paul Robinson from Neighbours! I think a lot of people are right when they say we won't pay the money. Think Zenga has been given a transfer cap at less than £5million a player. May change with promotion though.

6.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 20:02:26
Let's wait to see I think the signings so far have been excellent and I trust Zenga and Bhutti more than I did with Jacket. Saying that they do have a larger budget. Let's not assume that just because they're not paying millions that the players are rubbish. I recall as certain Mahrez.

7.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 20:33:12
Wolves have made a double swoop for some guys named Steve Bull and Andrew Thompson from Handsworth Throstles - anyone heard of them? lol - Sorry Knight ;)

25 Aug 2016 20:44:55
Middlesborough fans think Rhodes' agent has been thrashing out a deal with Wolves since last night and Rhodes himself was at Compton today with view to a loan/ buy. Zenga, however, certainly didn't mention it to Tim in the press conference when asked earlier. It's difficult to tell, but I certainly don't think Gladon is the only striker coming in before the window shuts and for us to still be first favourites with the bookies must say something.

9.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 21:00:04
I wasn't going by what it says on Twitter, before you ask. Just what their fans were saying on a forum earlier.

I hope your right wavidsmith 👍.

11.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 21:29:34
I think the the team for Saturday will be:

Lange

Robinson
Mountfield
Madden
Venus

Froggatt
Streete
Downing
Dennison

Bull
Mutch/ paskin

Thoughts?

12.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 22:13:51
John Paskin is without doubt the worst centre forward I have seen play at Molineux.

13.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 22:16:03
;that you might need to see a doctor, pompeywolf.

14.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 22:32:08
Well Wavid I must admit I was going to change Madden for Hindmarch and Statto I'm sorry I'll change Paskin for Darren Roberts. Hope that is better for you both.

15.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 22:37:28
Pompey need the pyhsio on that one but what a team. Streete I midfield I would have to change for Rae what a CM.

16.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 22:44:55
Yes Darbo I think big Tony would have to work on them first. Yes Rae was quality but what about bringing in Paul Stewart and Carl Robinson in to the midfield and Mike Stowell in goal!

17.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 22:45:48
Let us not forget the mighty Paul Blades.

18.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 22:46:48
Any shouts for Colin Cameron?

19.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 22:49:26
Personally speaking Mountfield wouldn't get anywhere near my team. Never rated him. Thought his replacement Shirtliff was better.

Also just read Wolves are very interested in Bradley Dack of Gillingham. I have to admit, tho, that he is a fabulous young midfielder. See You Tube.

20.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 22:58:04
Wavid Peter Shirtliff, what a shout that is! Totally agree Dack is a great forward thinking midfielder. At least a 10 goal a season man.

21.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:00:29
Best midfielder from the 90's was Geoff Thomas, by a mile. Such a powerhouse and still my biggest idol.

22.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:06:08
Mark Walters on loan was a player.

23.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:07:05
A team of Gary breens, a team of Gary breens!

24.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:13:37
Tim Steele, amazing but so injury prone. Wavid I'll take your Geoff Thomas and raise you Mark Rankine?

25.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:13:52
Just imagine the carnage if we had Shane Westley and Kevin Muscat in the same team!

26.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:17:33
Mrcwwfc, number 1 is Robbie Keane, number 2 is Robbie Keane, number 3 is Robbie Keane.

27.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:23:21
Statto don't forget John De Wolf.

28.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:33:43
Who can ever forget John De Wolf, Pompey? I will never forgive Lee Howey for ruining both his and Geoff Thomas's Wolves careers.

29.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:34:33
I watched many a game with Mark Rankine and Burke in midfield. Usually from the Cullis behind the goal, looking over and seeing only a field where the current Billy Wright was to be built. Those were the days, eh?

30.) 25 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:34:39
De Wolf was one of my all time favs but still wouldn't make it in my all time XI. My all time XI based on players I have seen live at the mol (first game 1986 v halifax)

Murray

Irwin
Richards
Lescott
McNamara
Kightly
Rae
Ince
Dennison
Bull
Keane

Subs:
Stowell
Pollett
Thomas
Ndah
Ebanks Blake
Fletcher
Jarvis.

31.) 26 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:45:06
Agree George Richards RIP was quality and Murray was going to make it big before his injury. Wavid I was only allowed I'm the Waterloo Road end in those days. Remember the bus from Stafford only so well, past the Michelin tyres factory.

32.) 26 Aug 2016
25 Aug 2016 23:49:32
Bloody hell Wavid I had completely forgotten about Mark Burke. He was an absolute genius. One of the most gifted players I've ever seen.

33.) 26 Aug 2016
26 Aug 2016 11:28:00
Did someone mention Shane Westley? Legend.

34.) 26 Aug 2016
26 Aug 2016 11:54:02
Kenall

Thompson
Streete
Robertson
Bellamy

Downing
Dennison
Vaughan
Cook

Bull

35.) 26 Aug 2016
26 Aug 2016 13:24:56
I think that you may well be a closet Crystal Palace fan Wavidsmith. I see from many of your posts that you are a big advocate for Sako's return ( very debatable whether he could operate effectively on our new narrow pitch) and now you state that Geoff Thomas was our star midfielder 'by a mile' of the 1990's. He certainly starred for your team (Crystal Palace! ) but on moving to the Wolves only averaged about 10 games a season and I don't recall him starring too often. How is life in Croydon?

36.) 26 Aug 2016
26 Aug 2016 15:32:37
Yes definitely a Palace fan. I see that you've now suggested Saha! No way would he drop a division. Next you'll be suggesting a return for Hennessy!
