Noooooooo!! Danny Gabbidon rumoured to be signing worst defender ever

If a player like Gabbiadon turns up at Wolves, it'll show how bad our Transfer Policy is! There is NO chance we'll be top 6 signing that type of player and at the age of 34 it does not go with the 'young& hungry' Jackett keeps going on about! Might as well give Johnson another chance (I don't want that either!).

He played in the premier league, but then I suppose so did Berra but gabbidon would be back-up, it the most inspiring signing but I wouldn't mind

I wouldn't mind Gabbidion as a back up, he's been around a bit so could help our young centre backs. But I still think we need another striker e.g. Wood or some one else, but it has to be someone who will score goals for us as we can't rely in just Dicko scoring them

Surely adding new players is where momentum gets destroyed. Trying to shoehorn in new players based on performance elsewhere. We don't need many additions.

Agreed, we should of made a couple of quality signings, there's still time I know but we are movin very slowly. If this is the squad then we are definately just makin the numbers up and a mid table finish at best. KJ that might of been acceptable at millwall but not Wolves! Paul Tamworth

I am hoping its to early to judge, but it looks like jackett is falling into the chuckle brothers way of thinking and like recent managers we've had he's accepting it just because he is happy to be in a well paid job. Sorry but league one was obvious to me. the true ambition should have started weeks back etc etc

Quality signings needed? I guess we thought that O'Hara, Johnson et al. were quality signings and look where they took us. Give the current squad a chance before writing them off.

Defence isn't the problem, I'd of signed attacking midfielder alex Pritchard on season loan and also Chris Wood striker! Not a lot to ask considerin we've got another 8 million quid parachute payment from our time in the Prem. Paul Tamworth

Have to laugh at the doom and gloom merchants we've signed Tommy Rowe on a free who is a brilliant footballer and gives us versatility of a left footed central midfielder. As for showing ambition we have a young and hungry squad with players who could have played in the championship last season (ricketts, Batth, Sako) Southampton hardly made any additions when they got double promotion just wait and see after the first 10 games where we are then have an opinion untill then sit back relax and let King Kenny do his job!

All this moaning even before the season has started. Why criticise Kenny? His team is loads better than the one from last year. Compare Peterborough results if you want. As for M&M would you rather have Villa or Brum's owner? Or Coventry's?

The 8 million parachute money is paying the wages of the players, including the so called big names, which we spent millions on 3 seasons ago. We should trust the players and manager that have given us our club back. UTW.

Yeah let's spend £100million on players and bankrupt the club in the process, change the record sheez. I like many true Wolves fans would rather see the club get quality players as cheap as possible and keep the club in the black. If you want superstars then man city might be your best option.
