Won’t happen. He has four years left on his contract and we would slap an enormous price on his head. Although sentiment has little sway in football, he appears settled here and given the tribulations of his injury ravaged season, last year, an opportunity to rebuild his career in and around familiar faces is probably his priority.
Quite interesting to see Milan are interested in Sambi Lokonga from Arsenal. If they are prepared to let him leave, he is a player who we should be looking at.However if Liverpool have no interest in Nunes, then we should be doing everything to get that across the line.
