Lots of talk about Neves and Moutinho exits
Linked with Matheus Nunes and Joao Palhinha as replacements. feel its unlikely we would loose both In one window. Those aren't bad incoming options at all
Moutinho definitely needs a small extension for me. Will be down to Neves probably going to be the season he moves on. Renato Sanches is still a very good shout. As it was close to coming off.

Everyone has their price TT but if it’s time for Neves to move on he must be worth as much as Declan Rice and West Ham are saying they would want over £150 million for their star player.

Didn't Lage come out the other day and said that he'd identified the players he wants in the summer so that he can get the team playing how he wants?
Don't know who is on the list but just imagine how good we'll be as at the moment, he is using Nunos squad.

Moutinho is a tricky one, because no one can deny that (frankly) he did us a massive favour coming to us when he did! Peeps will say the same for Neves but it's different cause a) Neves was still building a career and b)for £5m Joao really could have gone anywhere (including most top four teams as a squad player). With that in mind we don't know what promises have been made, I wouldn't be surprised if one of them was when he's ready he goes on a free to reap the benefits. I agree with you though and personally would LOVE to see him not only sign a year's extension but also to have a coaching role built into it for the longer term. But then I don't know the man, maybe he wants one last title win back home? Or maybe one last big pay check in the MLS (which he would still absolutely OWN)! I really hope he stays but if not then he's more than earnt the choice for me ?

When we signed mouthino talking to an Everton fan he said it was the wolves best ever signing and a snip at £5million.
A few on here the last couple of seasons gave said he is too old and his legs have gone but he still going strong.
An excellent player who passes his experience down to the younger players including Neves.

This is controversial and just a thought but I've been thinking if long term Fabio could play central midfield. He's only young and has only had bit parts but his vision and passing seems to me to be better than his finishing. Some players find there best position isn't always what they were signed for.

João might have been only 5m but isn't he our highest paid player?
Hard to see any club offering more than a year contract so unless he moves to fulfill a dream (Madrid?) I think we have a good chance of keeping him at least I hope so

According to one website Trincao is our highest paid player but that's obviously a Barcelona Salary and I'm not sure Wolves pay the whole salary. It appears that Joao is the highest paid player that is not on loan.
