According to Daily Mail, comment Nuno is very interested is very worrying.

{Ed047's Note - there are so many reports out there sdav and you can bet 99.9% of them are garbage.

Agree0 Disagree0

I sincerely hope so.

Nuno ain't going anywhere. Arsenal have reached their peak. They need a complete new back line which will cost a minimum of £100m. They are not a club who will spend big bucks. Nicolas Pepe, although costing £72m, is being paid over a 5 year deal as Arsenal cannot sign big players otherwise. With this in mind, they are likely to lose, Aubameyang and Lacazette in the near future. Do although Nuno may be interested, I don't think he accept the challenge of trying to stabilise a sinking ship. Wolves are on the up. Nuno bought into the dream and I think he'll stay to see the job through.

If you want 100% spectulative gossip with no basis, look no further than the Brum Mail, it contains even more BS than the Daily Mail.

Apparently. Supposedly. Allegedly. The three words that feature most in all these rubbish reports. No truth in it whatsoever. The next Arsenal boss will be Allegri or Pochettino. Nuno not even in the running - thank goodness!

{Ed047's Note - I’d bet it’s neither of them either DAS

Ed047 - I’ve heard differently. Pochettino first choice and Allegri second. From an Arsenal shareholder who also told me on Monday that Emery was going regardless of their midweek result.

{Ed047's Note - well I’d be happy with that outcome DAS and you’d get to keep Nuno. A win win.

He’s doing a great job with you too so will be happy if he stays.

Trouble is he ain't said he's staying and what if arsenal were in better health. Dare I need answer. No nuno's silence has gone down in my opinion. The fans love him and he would do this in the blink of an eye. Blokes turning into a rascal.

Demon, Nuno said it would be disrespectful to discuss the Arsenal job whilst Emery was still the manager. Emery was sacked the next morning and the reason why Nuno hasn't commented is because he was with the squad flying back from Portugal.

Maybe he hasn't said anything because no approach has been made, just a thought.
Nuno is a true gentleman and if an approach had been made he would talk to Arsenal or decline them privately.

Anyone noticed that Arsenal are no longer interested in Nuno, however at no stage has anyone actually spoken to anyone linked to the club. As I said, it's all made up just to sell/ view papers.

Nuno is our jewel in the crown - he's done so much for our club in such a relatively short time. I always got the feeling he was "building an empire" I'd be truly gutted if he left.

Conversely, have any of you read the Johnny Philipps article in the E&S? it quite a good one, pretty much mentions "life after Nuno" just in terms of the way LFC has the same plan should / when / if Jurgen Klopp leaves.

Despite the size of arsenal there finds are complicated as outlined above with the Pepe transfer. I cannot see them wanting to pay compensation for a manager plus wages on top when there are options available on the free. Pochettino would appeal with what he achieved at Spurs with little spend over the last few years however allegri has a winners mentality something arsenal have been missing for a long time now.
