Well done the Lionesses. England 4 - Sweden 0. Next up France or Germany in the final

The football they play is amazing, struggled in the first half to get going, got the goal and never looked back, the 3rd goal was a beauty. If that was scored in the prem it would be raved about. I'm glad the women's league is finally getting the attention it's good for the game and grass roots.

The football in these top games is excellent ChristopherYappy87 but the one issue with the women's game is goalkeeping. It can be woeful, even comical especially at league level. That reared its head a bit last night for Sweden but they lost to 4 great goals, I enjoyed watching that.

LongmyndWolf I agree it's like the goal is too big or the keepers are too small, not sure which.

I have really enjoyed watching women's football for a while. They actually seem as though they are having fun whilst working hard. This England team have a desire and are brilliant at supporting each other, and also show some good skills. I look forward to watching them. I wish more men's teams showed the same attitudes.

Watching the women is refreshing, yes some keepers are a bit dodgy and heading also seems an issue, but no one rolls around holding their head for 5 mins. Why this has not been sorted in the men's game is embarrassing. Podence is a great player, but I can't stand his constant rolling around.

Most female goalkeepers are under 6 foot. Most male keepers average around 6 4. It means in the women's game you don't necessarily need to get the ball in the corners so much to score. The keeper mistakes will phase out over time as the coaching and player development improves throughout the sport. It makes it a different game to men's football.

The attitude and application of the players though has been exemplary and the men's game could learn a lot from it.
