Wolves.Wolves are falling apart again.
If we get into Europe from here Bruno will surely be manager of the season.
We need five or six top players in summer transfer window including what we already know a goalscorer midfielders and defenders who can play in Bruno's favoured system of a back four.
Who will be staying and who will be moving on?

You tell us. After all you seem to have all the answers. I bet somehow, you'll blame someone or something for the Neves injury too.

E,
I will wait further into the season as we imo haven't fell apart yet.

For me we are having a great season under Lage the new manager so far,if not for some blatant wrong decisions from the officials mouthino so called handball agaisnt man City jiminez dismissal agaisnt Leeds the stoppage time equaliser Leeds away that's 6 points more.
Was there a blatant handball by the Chelsea midfielder at home too.

We doing fine and I'm happy with wolves under Lage, always can do better find signing better players but imo if it was that easy every team would be in the top 4.
A big blow neves out but we just got to go out there and give it our all.
Lol
Come on wanderers.
Come on wanderers.

Who has fallen apart, two injuries, and the season is over?

23 Mar 2022 21:56:36
It’s not over Deb but it’s going to be difficult to get into Europe from where we are now and the remaining fixtures of ourselves and the teams above us.
It started to fall apart when Semedo got injured against Arsenal.Neto has again been brought back in when he is not ready.Jimenez did not deserve to be sent off but he has developed a strange technique when challenging for the ball.Hoever has fell apart after looking a good prospect.Hwang has fell apart.Neves out for foreseeable.
Marcal fell apart.
Bruno has improved on Nuno despite some posters who didn’t want to change and now he needs to get his own players in and improve us even more.

We can't have a permanently good run of form if we did we would be top no this pattern is typical for us but we could still finish with more points than the Nuno era but we don't know if that's enough for Europe or not maybe Chelsea will be excluded and 8th will be enough maybe West Ham and Spurs have a bad run its all out of our control

24 Mar 2022 11:42:40
If any thing fell apart it was our performance v west ham. Then a poor reaction to Palace. Officialdom spoilt the Leeds game + neves injury. Our problem (all season) has been converting chances. Europe is not lost to us yet and 7th will qualify I would imagine. Football brings injuries and unfair decisions and we've had an unfair rub of it we could say. Neves out til April won't help but I think we've enough in us. Patched up abit maybe but definitely not fallen or falling apart. COYW.

We have averaged 1.53 points per game over 30 games.Another 1.53 points per game over the next 8 games gives us 12 more points and takes us up to 48.We have to play Chelsea and Liverpool away and City at home. West Ham,Spurs and Man U will all accrue more than 48 points so Europe is out of reach.

24 Mar 2022 12:41:09
58 points not 48 points

24 Mar 2022 12:47:26
20 points from a possible 45 at Molineux with 4 games to play including Man City, how’s that ever going to be good enough to qualify for any European competition? Would’ve thought it best to reward a few of the youngsters, try different formations and be ready to hit the ground running next season instead of starting from scratch again.

24 Mar 2022 12:56:22
Does 8th get Europe? I’m not sure of the changes now but what happens if an English side with the champions league. I would look it up but if anyone knows let us know. I’m sure there’s lots of scenarios to consider. Still think we will pip West Ham to seventh though.

24 Mar 2022 13:23:15
West ham win europa league they will qualify for the champions league.
Will there ten be 5 english teams in the champions league?

24 Mar 2022 13:53:29
Leicester win their games in hand they will be a point behind us if I have seen right.
All to play for exciting end to the season whilst we are still in the race for Europe qualification place.

All we can do is amass as many points as possible and see what happens. To many variables in play, it doesn't look like the top 6 can be caught unless one of them melts down. 7th may get a conference league place but even that will need 6th place if Palace win the FA Cup. If Leicester win the conference league they get a Europa league place. How that impacts on it all I don't know as I think (but not sure!) 7 clubs are the maximum allowed across all European competitions.

24 Mar 2022 14:07:55
Yes Phil, but not sure how it impacts on the other tournaments, see my later comment but I think 7 across all tournaments is a limit.

24 Mar 2022 14:30:20
Arddunby wow it is complicated with so many possible outcomes,
Best comment you say is for us to amass as many points as we can and see where we end up.

Nothing is over till the fat lady sings.

Falling apart? We had 59 points in our best season in the PL. With 8 games to go this season we are on 46 points, only 13 points behind our PL record. We have a decent chance of 2 points a game, giving us a possible total of 62 points. 62 points would get European football of one variety on another in every season we have been in the PL with Fosun.

Unbelievable negativity from some on here!?

25 Mar 2022 10:55:44
It’s the same ones every time, probably the ones that predicted relegation at the start of the season and now aren’t happy with us currently in 8th.

Express and star says the club are in talks with Neves over new contract.
Seems promising to me.
