RIP Ron Flowers. I used to wag school in Birmingham and get the train to Wolverhampton every week and always went into his shop. He and Harry Parkes in Brum were the go to places for sports equipment. Me and my mates always used to ask him if he was Tim Flowers' dad. He was always happy to talk. True legend.

One of the first players I recall, a true great, what would he be worth amongst today's pretenders? Great penalty taker too. Rip Ron.
