Coady is great at motivating. Should make a good manager. He's a similar personality to Steven Gerrard, who has become a very good manager at Rangers.

Agree coady has all the credentials to be a good manager after his playing days or possibly a player/ manager at a lower club in the twighlight of his playing career.
I wouldn't rule out coady being wolves manager one day Greyleg.
