Guys wondering what your thoughts are on Jota's quotes on four four two recently on how he was persuaded to join wolves by Mendes even though he and his uncle had doubts and then claiming you sometimes have to take 1 step back to take 2 forward? Personally I think he is being a bit disrespectful towards Wolves as being at A Madrid for 2 seasons and never starting once for them to then joining wolves and being a regular is hardly a step back to be fair even if wolves were a championship side at the time, Wolves gave him everything he has now so a little more respect from him towards wolves would be nice in my opinion and let's not forget he was was struggling to get in our eleven when we sold him for a good price so maybe it was wolves who took 1 step back and 2 forward for taking a gamble by paying good money for a sub to more than doubling it in his sale Liverpool.

Id agree with him tbh as much as it annoys me. He might not have played much for Atletico but he was still employed by them. 3rd biggest club in Spain, regulars in the Champions league, awesome stadium, great players etc etc. We had Danny Batth still in our 11.

I don't think he's been disrespectful at all. He's given an honest opinion about how he had doubts about moving to our club but he was proved wrong.

Ok fair enough maybe disrespectful was the wrong word I used, anyway good look luck to him he got the move he wanted and we all have moved on and only time will tell who got the best deal out of it, us or Liverpool, my money would still be us but we will see.
On a different note good luck to the boys today, would be good to finish the season well and hopefully we see a bit more of Silva, Vitinha and Otasowie.
