Interesting poser windowolf. My club is wolves, I don't come from Wolverhampton, they've always been the wolves. That said Wolverhampton wanderers fc are dear in my heart and as as such are the same to me. The history of the club I feel is mine, my memory's are mine, my elation and joy are mine, my tears at being relegated when I was a boy were mine, my doldrums in the lower leagues were mine. So for some anonymous money chasing conglomerate to take those possessions from me, to a place where the only competition is money, then I feel it is a theft of my heartfelt love of everything wolves.
The new incarnation would seem a different beast, although molineux is our home and allegiance would be difficult. I want nothing to do with a 'new' wolves as it stands, but they'll always be in my psyche.

Well it wouldn't be for the working class would it. the big midweek matches abroad would only be for the rich and then the genuine fans would go and see a weakened team put out at the weekend. if this super league happens then I strongly believe that they should not compete in our domestic football. Let them sort their own cups and tournaments out. I also think that the so called big 6 should have a 20 point deduction no matter what happens cus they've gone against all ethics of our game. Football is not the same now with VAR but this ludicrous idea will kill it dead and how come certified and rangers have been omitted? Doesn't matter what league they play in they're still massive clubs. I'm at a loss with the people in football now and fan's are the ones that get it in the neck.

If the Shameless Six and their players are banned from all other competitions, two things will happen ; a) Conor Coady will lead England into the Euros, and b) Tesco will be saved from a deserved relegation! FWAW.

Preston-yes that came into my mind also about the Tesco's-they always get away with it. Interestingly, however if UEFA kept Champions league and Europa league-have a feeling we would qualify for the latter if we finished 12th-work it out!

Wolves official website claim, jokingly, that we are PL Champions 18/ 19. After we finished 7th behind the Shameful Six! FWAW.

If we joined a competition similar to one that's currently being suggested, which goes against the basic elements of competition and fair play then I would stop supporting the club instantly! Not just on principle but more because what's the point?! No relegation, next to no promotion (save an anointed five clubs) and frankly no REAL competitive competition for 80% of the teams there! The basis of the Super League is wrong but more than that I think (as Klopp intimated last night) all we would be left with is some very well paid friendlies! No thanks, I'd rather watch a sport where things like fair play, genuine competition and the clubs supporters are ACTUALLY valued rather than ignored!

My answer is I wouldn't stop looking out for wolves, but would not pay a penny going to games, merchandise etc etc.
We got the prime minister fighting to stop it I just read on news feed.
I hope it doesn't go ahead fingers crossed.
The timing of announcement still in the c. v. all clubs suffering financially all fans the same suffering with the c. v. a disgrace it is.

Yes Bully. If we joined a meaningless league to win a meaningless cup, I would also cease to be a supporter. As painful as it would be.
