A great result,
Thought Saiss and Coady were excellent,
Jose the best he played in a wolves shirt, podence looks like he needs more match fitness understandably after being out injured.
Neto looked a bit off it, poor crosses a rest in hindsight was probably the best choice. I do hope Neto has just a knock nothing serious. Ait Nouri another steady 90 minutes under his belt.
The VAR pointless the rules are the rules and it must change next season on top of that it robbed me of my 0-2 win prediction, lol who cares we won.
Hopefully the team can build up some confidence and end the season on a high
Nigel my apologies was just about keeping my eyes open after the match.
FWAW.

{Ed001's Note - what was up with Neto? I don't mean the injury, I mean the sulky attitude and 'it's not my fault I kicked it 20 yards over your head, you should have a jetpack on' gripes? He was having a stinker and his attitude stank, he was blaming everyone else.}

Have to agree Phil. According Nathan Judah Neto had a knock whilst away with Portugal so substituting him was more for caution. How about silva's sublime assist to Traore? fantastic!
Willian Jose very cruelly denied a good goal - VAR is a joke.

Ed001 - Neto has always struck me as someone who is mercurial.

{Ed001's Note - it seemed a bit more than that last night to me, he looked unhappy in himself. I usually love watching him play but I was finding it hard work last night, I just wanted to reach into the TV and slap him for his attitude! It might just be nothing, but usually there is something to it, with him carrying a knock maybe he was in pain and that would explain the snarling. It is usually some kind of pain that causes people to react like that, whether physical, mental or emotional, we do tend to hit out at others and blame them for it.}

Yes Debbie I forgot the best bit in my post (lol), great awareness one touch pass to Traore well done Fabio Silva.
I could see Traore getting frustrated at times perhaps the weight of expectations on them both Neto and Traore shows that they care about wolves.
I liked the hug from nuno with Traore similar to how Klopp is with his players.

Ed001 Maybe the rumours about Man U have got to him!
-------------------
However a great result taking us well towards the safety mark. Fulham now need 4 wins or 12 points from 6 games to get to 38. We're Still not mathematically safe but more than 1 step taken last night I would say.

{Ed001's Note - could be, but it seemed more like he was upset about something.}

The jose disallowed goal great move and super quality cross from podence and a strikers dream for jose.

Netto did look unhappy. maybe he's off to pool as well. I wouldn't bet against it at all. Its the time of the season where players thinking there's a big money move on try not to get injured and dare I say it come off with the slightest little knock. Hope I'm wrong but will be massively suprised if Netto kicks next season off. Room mates with jota on international duty?

{Ed077's Note - more likely Juventus or either of the Manchester sides at this moment in time.}

Another angle to all this neto malarkey theory is that he was carrying the knock and wasn't happy to start in the first place. He was out on the right placing more pressure on the damaged knee, hence would fire crosses. He sat down and knew that was enough. No wonder he had a grump on. The other aspect of him leaving is well known and he has been playing abit cockily of late, his ego inflated, this chips away at the pack unity and may explain alot. Another thing re adama, he is definitely an enigma as nuno called him but any player who is constantly double/ treble marked pulled tripped and kicked from minute one can never show total ability or maintain concentration. That goal last night showed his commitment, his celebration and interview (1st i'd seen him do) suggested a realistic view from the lad and a self belief I admire. He can be a clown all match and one goal gets 3 points. Not always the savior but thank his talent last night.

The next month could be exciting with Traore making a late play to show he should be considered for the Spain team for the Euro Championships. Also it’s a chance for him to showcase his talents for a big-money move should the contract negotiations continue to stall.
Just a mention for Semedo (who I constantly slate) with marked improvement last night. He still needs to keep closer to runners and cut out crosses but last night was a good start.
