Probably get slated for this but here goes. A lot of fans think Traore should score more goals or put in more crosses. If he's on the wing he can't score and if he's in the middle he can't cross the ball. When he does there is no bugger there anyway. One of Wolves best wingers, the late great Waggy, didn't score many goals but put in great crosses for the Doog or Richards to bang in the goals. What do I know, just an ex springmaker from Redditch.
{Ed001's Note - Salah is the Prem's top scorer, he plays on the wing. Why can't Traore score goals from the wings? I mean other than he doesn't make forward runs to get into position to score, which is his fault.}

I think everyone agrees he's an enigma and that's the joy in watching him. He's certainly hot to handle and his presence takes defenders away but we've no forward or real attacking midfielder to take up space and compliment him. He can only record assists if someone is there to put it in. As for goals himself its been solo runs away.

Totally agree but and its a big but. he should be moving into space when he's not got the ball and if he does he could easily be through on goal. twice in last 15 mins last night he stood still so its easy to be marked. He's a very frustrating player and I think with his build and speed he could offer more.

Liverpool tactics were spot on last night, there were always 3 or 4 players nearest to Traore when he was in an attacking position, they crowded him out. Why couldn’t we do the same number on Liverpool’s most effective players? Jota in space was always going to do a number on us. My thoughts are that we’re not getting enough forward play out of the wing backs and I still think Semedo is a total waste of money. He gambols forward ineffectually and gives the ball away, makes a foul or is usually out of position when a good team counters. Sell him.

So are those who are slating Traore by saying he isn't setting anything up forgetting it was him who provided the cross from which Alisson fouled Semedo but we didn't get the penalty, or indeed Traore played the ball in for Semedo when he forced a save from Alisson?

Apparently, he's made 40 chances with no assists. Not sure of the quality of the chances.
Does Moe Salah have three people on him all the time?
It's really Nuno's fault for not adjusting the formation or style of play to take into account all of the extra space elsewhere on the pitch.
