Pre transfer window opening there were rumours that we were interested in Diego Costa, Luka Jovic, Josh King, Zinchenko, Eriksen, Origi, Wynaldum and others. We are now being told to expect no signings. Is this because Fosun are content with where we are or because they don't trust whoever is sanctioning the spending?
