Need to be aware of required number of homegrown players in squad. One signing that may have helped address this issue was Danny Loader. Looks like he is off to Porto. Bit of irony in that, I think!
Some good youngsters out there, including a number in relegated teams. Doesn't appear to be a route our recruitment team use. Liverpool team has a significant number of players with Premier experience in other teams. Has worked well for them.

Let's be honest about our team, we have done brilliant and we still have chance to win Europa League.
On our day we can beat anyone, but not on our performances of late in my opinion, we have not worked there keeper enough up front and our defending as been poor and how many times now have we switched off in closing stages of matches in 1st and 2nd half you cannot switch off like we have been doing in premier league, also if we want to get in top 4 like Fosun have been saying is were they want to be then we need players of quality not just decent players.
Another striker, defender and creative midfielder are definately needed that's my opinion.

SQ let's be honest we need 3 quality players, if we are to push on, we just need to freshen it up a bit because it's going to be a long season and our squad is small, we have money off the Costa sale and also what about the Cavalier sale that should bring in quite a bit of cash.
It's just my opinion, we are so close to getting were we want to be, but I have to say IN NUNO I TRUST, got a sneaky feeling we will come good at the right time in Europa league, because we are due some good attacking football, our next game will be tough they are a good side.

Assume we will also get some dosh for Cutrone, who cost £16m and went straight back to Italy. Presumably a sale will happen.
