Does anybody else think that something isn't quite right about the Man City appeal? Surely they wouldn't have been fined if they had done nothing wrong.
{Ed002's Note - You misunderstand. The fine that was levied related to Manchester City’ disregard of the whole matter (they thought it was a sham) which led to the club effectively obstruction the investigations not to do with breaching FFP.}

Think we have to remember that we have always been playing catch up as far as top four. The outcome of the appeal only proves that clubs such as City have too much clout when competing against weak livered, corrupt badly run organisations such as UEFA.

It's been overturned I had a feeling it would of done but easy to say that in Hindsight but I am genuine.

As I said a while back the fact that City pretty much laughed when this all started showed how scared they were of the verdict! It's fine to say with hindsight Phil cause to date Uefa have failed to ban a single club from the champs league so was never going to happen! Yes Milan took it when it meant missing the Europa but then that comps not worth £100m a season. They initially went for two a year ban for City probs thinking it would get downgraded to one year on appeal but instead the bans quashed and the fine reduced to what for City is pocket change! Really does make the whole ffp system look a bit unfit for purpose! 🙄.

Ed I just read uefa ruled man city breached ffp rules from 2012 to 2016 that makes SQ Post not nonsense I'm confused cus you said nothing to do with ffp. for my sake and I think SQ can post exactly why I Google reason for uefa man city ban and it says what I put at the top of this post and your saying different.

No probs Phil fella, I was more just making the point that there was a lot of people saying the ban wouldn't stick (in particular City themselves) so I think in this case many people saw this outcome coming ðŸ‘.
