If this is the attacking and exciting football we were promised by Lage then he needs to go!

Messing around at the back with sideways and back passes. Long balls down the flanks but no quality of crosses. No one in penalty area who can finish even with open goal. Powder puff left wing back who could have given a further goal away with the penalty. Passes going astray in midfield etc.

Then unbelievable in the last 5 minutes he gets his bloody clip board out once again when the whole team should have been chomping at the bit to get up and score!
All too complicated football is a simple game. If this is how he is moulding a team around his coaching principles then we are doomed.

Then he blames Fulham for time wasting. It appears to my uneducated eye that only Gibbs White has the passion! Keep buying Portuguese players for the Premier is not working! They have less bite than others get knocked off the ball.

Your post on backs up my theory that refs or exrefs have no clue about football. The powder puff left back is a target for Chelsea and Man City and the backwards and sideways passing has been a feature for us for 6 years now in order to change the picture in front of them.
Players coming back from injury and a couple of new signings and we will be a strong team. It also needs time to embed a new style as nothing looks settled in 2 games especially when so many are missing!

Tommo/ExRef, in a way you're both right. I don't agree with the anti Portuguese comments because collectively, they've done well for us in recent times.
However, I do think it's more about the lack of options in what is now a ridiculously threadbare squad, talk about painting yourself into a corner. Who would have thought that all the motivators from the dressing room Ruddy, Saiss and Coady would be gone and we would start a new season without a striker, nuts really.

Can someone on here define the words rumours and banter .
Any rumours are unless you are in the click treated with ridicule and abuse
Any banter gets personal and definitely misinterpreted
We are all Wolves and invariably have different thoughts and opinions.
The sites a bit of fun and a great read, long may the rumours and banter continue, don’t take it to seriously.
Just genuine fans don’t need posters quitting, need new posters with fresh thoughts and opinions

Spot on The realist, rumours are just that, unsubstantiated banter should also be just that, if you agree or disagree don't get or take it personal, life's too short. Give your opinion, have a laugh, a bit of leg pulling if it helps and have a moan when it's warranted. I'm sure we all want the same thing really.
