In all fairness we played our old system for the majority of last year.
This year the system is new for all and will take some settling in.
I agree with Lage that patience is needed.

Been thinking about this point rince, abit outside the box as it were, and was just thinking the lads do seem to be playing with some constraint on their individuality, by that I mean they've got their instruction and they don't want to step out of it. It's a new discipline they have to grow into and become comfortable with and hence we need to be patient. Of course that should be where pre season comes into it but maybe the games in quick succession didn't allow for it fully. Chuck in the early season start on going transfer speculations and departures, the obvious needs to bolster the team and it maybe mid September will be when we get it together. There's a lot of points to be lost (or gained) in the wait for it all clicking. We'll need the patience of saints but I'm firmly in the belief that it will come.
