Tbh whoever we get should surely be aware that we play better with 3 at the back. That being said 38 games drawing 0 - 0 might be enough to stay up even before looking at the Attack play :)

It does seem that Kevin Thelwell leaving may have been part of the problem but I can't see Arsene Wenger coming up here, Roy Hodgson maybe as a Technical Director maybe but how much control and influence is Jeff prepared to relinquish.
