It’s a learning curve, Greyleg. We have learned that there are better teams out there with better managers. Nuno was ill prepared for a tough season and we fell short. Ultimately he has taken us as far as he can. Thank you Nuno.

I'll keep saying it. Ball retention is key. We were chasing shadows from the 30th minute. Defensively solid apart from the goal. Offensively we treated it like a hot potatoe.

I'm with you greylag the dreams over and our family are going to leave the nest, whether muno will want to carry on? Well well see but I can see bad news ahead. You know when the new kit was revealed I said to my son that's a relegation kit. I pray I'm wrong, but our dreams over and we've got to wake up and see what the new day brings. Ps. Was it just me or did the ref also award some throws and corners and free kicks Saville way on top of VAR?

It's been a good season but we ran out of tricks that doesn't mean there aren't more - remember when Nuno used 343 for too long everyone knew how to play us? And we still finished seventh which is really good

We are kidding ourselves if we think we will get funds to finish top 4 there are bigger clubs out there than us and if Fosun want to own a Champions League team it won't be Wolves

I don't think the dream is over but I don't think we can expect to walk past 7th place next season either.

It doesn't take long for the whingers and knowalls to start their negativity. In 3 years we have stormed the Championship, finished 7th twice, semis of fa cup, and quarters of Europa, losing to 5 times winners, after a season where we played more games than anyone with a small squad. None of that was in the plan, survival was what we hoped for, we have overachieved in anyone's book. In the midst of all that there is massive learning curves and times when we seem out of our depth. Times when real supporters heap praise, but there are some among us whose limited awareness can only seek to blame for not being European champions overnight and seemingly will only take delight in being right when one of their endless lame predictions comes to pass.

I'm just really disappointed like a kid. And I'm worried nuno may not stay, we've so much assets in neves raul adama jota neto podence etc, old timers in doc Patricio moutinho etc it would be easy to find ourselves back at ground zero and Who knows. Nuno said the futures bright, as soon as he signs and commits to that future ill be looking for top 6. Its just that I don't like the black sleeves look abit lower league. I'm old gold to me heart no matter what.

A good moan and the truth don't hurt anyone, what Paul said about parking the bus was correct, we did nothing to earn the win after the penalty miss and it back fired on us in the closing minutes again, okay they were a great side but expected more attacking from us, Jiminez looked tired and we had no replacement, also when our only threat Traore went off they must of been clapping there hands, you have to get the ball to this guy as often as you can but we don't do it enough or we don't have the creativity in midfield, you decide which Wolves fans, roll on next season and 4 quality players Needed Fosun.
