Wolves are said to be interested with Italian midfielder Daniele Rugani (Arsenal and West Ham are also linked)

Apparently Arsenal want Brendan Rodgers to fill their managerial role. I'm hoping this is true.

I really hope the Rugani link is true but Wolves traditionally never let their targets be known.

On the grapevine last season I heard that Chelsea would have taken Brendan Rodgers. Didn't he have an earlier coaching role there? I think Brendan likes big city clubs, Liverpool, Chelsea etc. so I can believe the Arsenal link. There's a £14 mil leaving clause in his contract. Dirt cheap at that price for Arsenal. That sort of money normally just buys them one flop of a player.

{Ed001's Note - except they dug into their savings to buy players in the summer and then again to pay off Emery. It adds up.}

E&S "The E&S understands that Arsenal have not contacted Wolves amid reported interest in Nuno about their vacant head coach role.
Nuno was the favourite to replace Unai Emery before his departure from the Emirates was announced last week.
But the Gunners interest has since waned with no official approach received, or expected, at Molineux. "

PHEW! hopefully this stays the case.

We should probably get used to big clubs coming in for him. bit bigger than Arsenal though please if he ever does go.

If we have a good Europa run he will attract interest across Europe that's how Mourinho got noticed.

To be fair to Jose he won the Europa League, more than a good run. But I get your point, this is something we're going to have to live with.

Given that he's already managed two of the Iberian peninsula's biggest clubs in Porto and Valencia I think it's fair to say that he was noticed a long time ago. He continually refers to the Wolves project so I'd imagine that he's there for the long haul and would not be enticed by a has been team like Arsenal with comparatively little cash to splash out on a squad overhaul.

Mouriniho won the champions league with Porto that’s how he got noticed.
