Noises out of the Mol seem pretty definite that we will not be going back to AC Milan for Frank Jessie in January. Goes to show you can't trust a rumour no matter how many different sources echo it.

Can't believe predictive text either, I meant Franck Kessie.

I'll wait until January as Wolves never let on who they are signing until the deal is done.

Yes, Wolves don't let on. Wolves also will not be paying big bucks for big names.

We are constantly mentioned in sentences like, Man City, Liverpool and Wolves in chase for £50mil so and so player. Forget it.

Wolves are buying smart and young, with both eyes on the future. Fosun haven't got the money for an immediate assault on the top four, and if they had, FFP rules would be a bar. We are in year 4 of the 10 year plan but well ahead of schedule.

Putting this out there: rather than buying an AMF play Neves in a more advanced role - leaving Dendonker / Saiss as the DMF and purchasing a new CB in Jan. I think most bases would be covered then.

The closest Neves gets to the net is when he takes penalties his job is to loop them in from outside of the box.

He has the footballing intelligence to play in that role and the ability to find the net. Not too sure what you mean by the penalty comment?

I think windowwolf meant it in a positive manner as in "Neves is excellent from outside the area" kind of way.

Apologies WindowWolf! My bad.

No problems! I wasn't meaning anything to do with the penalty two weeks ago just that he never runs into the box in normal play

I watched his goal last week loads of times on YouTube clever play by everyone involved.
