We're reportedly hoping to get £20 million for Fabio Silva. £5 million sounds more realistic.

If Fabio is sold for £20m, would this mean Jeff Shi is poor for selling a player for £15m less than we signed him because he didn't live up to expectations or would Shi be a genius for managing to get £20m for a player who clearly isn't worth it?

And £6 million for podence seems quite likely to happen. Would bite the hand off of anyone happy to pay £20 mil for silva

As Mendes made a lot on the deal putting silva to us I hope mendes can get us the best price for him.
At the time silva was an exciting best young prospect coming out of Portugal.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing if you could bottle it.

There will be funds coming in how ever much it may be.

6 million euros is 5.144 million pounds sterling

20 million euros is 17.147 million pounds sterling.

It's hard to see anyone willing to spend 20m GBP or 20m Euros on Fabio Silva.
