I was really excited to read we was going to sign the next piirlo, It was bit a of a let down to hear it was Joe Allen. Maybe I’m being biased has pirlo is my all time fave player. The only player at the moment that excites me and could become the next pirlo all ready where’s the gold and black. And that is Ruben neves, I’m afraid Joe Allen isn’t good enough to lace pirlo boots. So it’s a no from me for joe Allen . In fact he’s not good enough to lace Rúben boots, if Ruben does decide to move on god forbid . I for one will never forget this young man’s wonder goal and football. He has truly lit up mol, and I for one will be watching this young mans progress.

It's all journalistic fantasy IMO. The last thing Wolves want as the settle in the Premiership is relegation rejects from Stoke, WBA and anyone else. The one exception I would make is Butland. No Allen, Crouch, Dawson, Evans or Rondon thank you. Let's get back to Uncle Jorge and get some real class in starting with Max Meyer.

Unfortunately for Schalke Max Meyer is announced as leaving and also maybe marvelous nakamba. Opare will possibly leave also. All after a good season. All good to add to a team.

30 Apr 2018 11:55:49
Opare from Augsburg my correction. Useful but falls over easily, I should have added.

30 Apr 2018 12:56:52
Meyer would be an excellent addition, only 22 years old, last season 92% pass accuracy and on a free. Seems a no brainer to me.
I also like De Vries, out of contract, although realistically will go to a top team, but would be a great addition playing alongside Boly and Coady.
Two class players for no money as such.

Meyer is a must for me top quality player that the fans would appreciate.

Two midfielders as well as keeping neves must be a priority. Watching Man City walk through West Ham last night I felt embarrassed for there fans no shape no effort it was disgraceful. Saiss will be an asset as well as he can play at the back as his natural position.

It’s the two full backs that will get competition for there places. I would sign Vinagre aswell.

I’d sell graham, batth, Iorfa, Marshall, Ebanks landell, gladon, mason and Prince.
I’d send bright (short loan), ronan, Wilson (short loan) and Rasmussen out on loan.

I have meyer and Loftus cheek, i'd also take Azoum, and another centre-back as well as Sa in goal.

Being brutal you could add Collins, Nazon, Zyro, Stevenson, Ofuso-Ayeh, Deslandes and Miranda to the sales list. None are premier standard and if Fosun are indeed pushing for top 10 finish then the sooner the deadwoods removed the better. Not even sure Vinagre, Hause or Mir are, or will reach, premier squad standard.

As u said max meyer will b great signing I was reading about Sardar Azmoun of Rubin Kazan dubbed the Iranian Messi seems that he’s got everything we r leading the chase for him Allen Dawson and one or two others not for me Andre silva or aboubakar will b signing so of intent.

Liverpool fans r saying that they have spotted neves at Liverpool today’ can’t c neves leaving he will give us another year I think.

30 Apr 2018 16:25:10
Neves is a big fan of the Beatles, so what?

30 Apr 2018 16:33:23
That’s a tad brutal mathmo.

I agree players that don’t fit our style or haven’t shown enough clear out. But Mir at his age coming here after Real Madrid were linked that’s brutal! He’s learning the culture and language. Vinagre the lwb at 18 years of age who helped keep a clean sheet against the strongest premiership squad ever at the etihad- common mate get a grip. Also put Kyle walker on his bottom :)

Some of the others I’m guessing will fizzle out as well. Whilst some will be retained to remain competitive in the teams below the first team. You can’t just rule out some players because they aren’t Rúben neves. Look at the players Everton, Liverpool and man united bring into there team through a season. Never just discard them because they aren’t a name. Who knew of Steve Bull or Diogo Jota before they came to wolves for example?

His with his family just like he was in london a couple weeks ago with his family means absolutely nothing liverpool fans just being desperate pretty sad really from them.

30 Apr 2018 16:45:11
I hope your right Essex, Neves has had a great year with us, crowd adulation, First name on the team sheet, fellow countrymen both on and of the field, recalled to his national team and now premiership status and from what he's said recently more than happy at the Mol.
This linked to our owners financial position in not needing to sell, does ask the question why would he leave and who would gain from his departure.
We have had warnings from the Portugese press about Uncle George's activities, moving players around for financial gain, it does make you wonder how much influence he has at Wolves considering Fosun own a 20% share in Gestifute. If Neves does leave maybe Judas George would be a more fitting title.

30 Apr 2018 21:24:50
If anything the Neves scenario is more a test of Fosun than a test of Mendes power or player pull.

Gestifute, Mendes and Fosun gain from neves staying and making a name for himself at Molineux. Mendes believes he is a real talent. So therefore his value will increase if but more likely when he does well in the prem.

I trust Fosun to back Nuno is the next part of the project and I’ll be behind when we will invariably get found out one way or another.

30 Apr 2018 22:16:31
Would take Dawson. Right sided centre back who will get fair share of goals from set pieces.

30 Apr 2018 23:40:41
They just bought Mir. Can't see them getting rid of him. I guess you know more about his future potential than our scouts and Nuno.

Vinagre is a young Portugal international. Give him some time to get seasoned. Not everyone starts at 18 years of age.
At the very least, he can be sold on once he develops more and is worth more money, if we want to be pragmatists.

Tbh I also can’t see us getting rid of Nazon either, I think he will go on loan to a championship club on loan. With the hope that he can become premier league standard. I think we all need to have a bit of realism! We aren’t going to get huge 50-60 million plus players in the first season. I think our priority should be signing the loan players bar Bonatini. And signing Azoum, Sa and others to make the squad better.
