First post for a while, hope you're all keeping well. Just like to divulge in talking about our academy and how its thriving with talented young players. We may have unearthed our next wonderkid in a young french striker called enzo sauvage.

Snapped up from the nike academy at 18 he looks an absolute beast for his age in the way he holds the ball up. They say if you're good enough then you're old enough, as in the case of robbie keane, ronan, gibbs, white etc.

Although bonatini started off like a house on fire this lad has exactly the same traits and game to suite our style of play. Makes you wonder if we will make his loan permanent.

Looks a good prospect Out of darkness.
I’d say at 18 he still looks a tad raw but he was showing glimpses of his potential. It was a strong Liverpool squad with a lot of them training with first team so not an awful marker. Keep his work ethic up and showing what he can do would do him the world of good.
Good luck Enzo!

Outof- looks decent fella and certainly uses his body well. Only thing I would say is that he needs to learn to play facing goal a bit more as most of the footage is him just passing the ball backwards. That said I am of course just judging this off the clip that you kindly put up, by the look of it you keep up with the youth teams FAR better than I do so with that being the case then if you say he's got potential then I certainly won't be arguing.

Random ques om this where is Bright playing at the moment or is he just training with the first team? He was making regular cameos first half of the season, was hoping we would loan him out in Jan to be honest.

Bullysboy, I think enobakhares just training with the first team squad mate. Reason I said keep an eye on this lad is with all our age groups they're taught to play in the same system as our first team so when gaps appear in the older age groups due to loans etc then the move up to replenish the next age group ie u18s - u23s etc. so the transitions seamless.

Regarding sauvage why I highlighted him in particular was his link up play which nuno likes our strikers to be good at. At the nike academy where he was snapped up he was banging goals in for fun, every clubs coach was raving about him, chelsea amongst others but he chose us.

It’s going to be an interesting in 2-5 years time with all these players coming through and possibly been advised by Mendes. I am interigued with Mendes link to the club. As hopefully he will be able to look after some of our English youngster s who would have other wise been left with more deplorable mentors.

Bright has lost his place on the bench to MGW and I think he mostly played when Costa was injured hard to see him staying next season maybe he will go to Colorado or to a top half Championship team.

Out- I do remember some buzz around Enzo when we signed him but in honesty had lost track of him since, good to know we're developing throughout the club!
Window- I realised MGW had replaced him and understand why as the lads very exciting when he's come on. As for Bright I hope it is a loan to the Champ and not a sale cause still think that lad has something to offer. Great feet for a big lad and for me still has lots of potential! ;)
