Wolves allegedly have a 4 man list to choose from; in regards to the striker position.

Britt Assombalonga
Jordan Hugil
Alexandere Guedes
Idelino Colubali.

Assombalonga and Guedes will b fine hugill no don't now much about colubali we still need to get rid of players like price Evans Edwards Coady mason Silvio batth we've made good start hopefully getting saville Wallace sold on.

22 Jun 2017 12:42:53
Assombalonga - Yes
Guedes - Yes
Hugill - Yes if w sell Bod
Coulibali - Who?

22 Jun 2017 16:23:37
Mason you mad the lad will be great this season trust me.

22 Jun 2017 18:04:50
With Nuno's coaching we might get real value out of Mason. Dicko was back to his best at the end of the season. That's potentially two strikers who are good enough for this division. Plus young Bright. Add a couple of new guys as well and the future is rosier, or golder.

22 Jun 2017 18:41:14
Throw a decent trainer/ fitness coach and a pitch with 11knitting needles in giving us a silky smooth pitch with "1mm tolerance overall" into the mix and you have a recipe for better footy from players who at times showed potential.
Bring it on guys and gals, bring it on.
Just dream of this scenario.
No more Dicko, Graham, Ronan type injuries and we have the basis of some good playing staff.
Don't forget, Zyro, Morgan Gibbs-White, a fit Silvio.

Stop it damn you stop it.

Nurse my tablets quick.

22 Jun 2017 18:49:41
I see that you're all settling for second best, as usual. JDB, Mason and Bright are nowhere near good enough for a promotion push. Dicko is the only one who could score over 20 goals this coming season but needs help from a partner. Zyro is the only one who could do this, as proved when Jackett played him up front.

22 Jun 2017 19:54:05
I have to agree with u wavidsmith, But I would also get rid of Zyro and Dicko neither are good enough if your serious about promotion.

22 Jun 2017 20:00:06
Have to agree with Dappa, Mason I would keep but needs player to play with him up front to make space for him, waste of time if you play him on is own but playing just behind a front man could be very effective, don't forget he had injury problems last year but still scored as many as the other so called strikers in our team and is more effective with the ball than most of our players, but like our other strikers we all keep knocking them but have they realy been given the service they deserve up front from our midfield, me personaly don't think so but that's only my opinion, let's hope Neno sorts it out.

22 Jun 2017 20:14:40
Dicko only score 14 and 13 at his best for us?

22 Jun 2017 20:23:04
Dicko is rubbish he was only good when sako and afobe were there without them he's been rubbish.

22 Jun 2017 20:38:35
Well let's bring back Sako - get the best out of Dicko and add goals and creativity. And before anyone says that we don't need any more wingers, he could play anywhere in the forward line with his pace and power.

Personally I would have him on the left, Costa on the right, Marshall in the middle (unless we find a creative central midfielder) and the strikers should then have a field day. The problem we had last season was that the lone striker often found himself out in the channels rather than in the box, hence Edwards scoring from midfield and Costa cutting in.

22 Jun 2017 20:49:01
I think most would agree that if we didn't bring in a midfield playmaker then the best option is puttin Marshall centre mid?

22 Jun 2017 20:55:48
Everyone Mason is a piece of rubbish he only scored three when he was on his own!? So why has he stopped.

22 Jun 2017 20:58:57
Sidneyb, that's a bit unfair on Dicko considering he injured himself so early in the season. Last season was a disaster for him but he didn't have a pre season to adapt to the new players and was thrown into a team struggling for form. Besides, Dicko is better as a 2nd striker as his main strength is pulling defenders out of position with his pace and movement leaving the main striker in space. Problem we had last season was Dicko missed so much of it and when he did play, we didn't have a striker good enough to exploit the space.

22 Jun 2017 21:10:28
Agree but season before where was he when he was fully fit the only person then who was proving his self was graham and then he got injured.

22 Jun 2017 21:13:33
People am saying they want a good midfielder thwn I wouls go for chalobah or loftus cheek both strong and powerful and good going forward plus chalobahs been excellent in the u21 world cup.

22 Jun 2017 21:17:49
If Nuno doesn't bring in a minimum two quality strikers his time at Wolves will be short, goals get u out this league and our strikers are firing blanks! That was a polite way to sum our strikers up! Their Shite!

22 Jun 2017 21:46:26
I agree Stattowolf. I'd personally get rid of Costa and bring Sako back. This would solve the 'missing striker' problem as we could play Sako (and Zyro) higher. I'd still get rid of Mason and JDB, tho, as neither are good enough, as proved time after time.

Add one midfielder to play with Ronan, and you've got the basis of a good side. How simple a plan is that?

22 Jun 2017 22:10:13
You don't get rid of your best player! U build round them with quality! That's how u achieve promotion!

22 Jun 2017 22:44:28
Sidneyb. You've got your facts wrong. Dicko was injured in August 2015, the same season that Jordan Graham made his debut and also got injured. Zyro was also injured in the same season too.

22 Jun 2017 23:22:57
Zyro was playing pretty well for us before he got injured but yr only going to get 16 to 20 games out of him a season being injury prone bodvarsson I'd keep he will b a better player this season with other strikers around.

23 Jun 2017 00:40:20
Bodvarsson won't improve, that's the problem. He's basically another siggy.

23 Jun 2017 06:37:51
No he aako left then he played with afobe didn't really score then afobe left and graham came in and dicko got injured I think it was 3rd from last game of the season.

23 Jun 2017 07:15:02
Dicko got injured in August 2015. Graham made his debut November 2015. Dicko and Graham have never played together.

23 Jun 2017 07:16:51
So your saying dicko was out of action for nearly two years? Lol.

23 Jun 2017 08:20:15
Not 2 years. He played 3 games in 2015/ 16. Got injured in the 3rd game of the season against Charlton and didn't return to fitness until October 2016. Jordan Graham made his debut in November 2015, whilst Dicko was injured and got injured himself in January 2016, again whilst Dicko was injured. Graham has not played for us since do you tell me the games that Dicko and Graham have played together.

23 Jun 2017 08:30:15
Sidneyb. I owe you an apology. Dicko and Graham have played together, on 25th April 2017 at Huddersfield when Graham came on for his only appearance of the season in the 62nd minute and Dicko came on as a sub in the 85th minute. So in total, they've played a full 5 mins plus injury time. More than enough time to form an understanding.

23 Jun 2017 08:31:25
P. s. no one ever mentioned Dicko was out for 2 years. It seems you've got your maths wrong.

23 Jun 2017 10:03:50
Either way he's rubbish when the majority of people are saying we need two quality strikers. Dicko is a bench player at most.

23 Jun 2017 11:24:51
Either way he's rubbish and a bench player at most missed to many siters last season for my liking any good striker in this league would have put them away and i just think its amazing how the majority of people are saying we need two quality strikers so what's that saying about dicko.

23 Jun 2017 11:46:59
Everyone's entitled to their opinion but I think 30 goals in 89 appearances is pretty good for someone who plays as the 2nd striker. Dickos strength is his pace which drags defenders out of position. What we need is a striker who can utilise the space cr3ated by Dicko.

23 Jun 2017 11:53:09
Everyone's entitled to their opinion. I think 30 goals in 89 games is a good return for someone who plays as a 2nd striker much like Peter Beardsley did. Dickos main strength is his pace which drags defenders out of position allowing the main striker to utilise the space. What we need is another striker who can take advantage of the spaces created by Dicko dragging the defender out if position.

23 Jun 2017 13:03:09
Not disputing that but 14 of them goals were scored in league 1.

23 Jun 2017 20:33:26
Bodvarsson scored his 3 goals at the beginning of the season he was playing really well but seem to lose confidence dicko lost confidence as well missed a lot of sitters you can be a better player when you've got quality players around you.
