Lambert has said he wants to trim the squad from 34 down to low twenties so must b about 12 players going maybe more because he wants to bring some in as well probably b announced next week.

And bring back all those escaped gems, like Vokes, Griffiths, Ward, Doyle, Henry, Gray, Malone, and Van la Fancy Pants, to stop them ever scoring against us.

Seriously, it's basic maths to understand Lambert. We have 43 first team squad members, i. e. with numbers. Some aren't really in contention and I don't know even if they train with the first team. Others are on loan. So let's go with the number of players Wolves have used this season - 34. Lambert wants to reduce that to 23 so 11 will go.
But he also wants to bring in some players - let's say 4 or 5. So we're talking about 15-16 players leaving including 3 loanees. That's nearly half the players we've seen this season. We can assume that the players coming through will stay (Bright, MGW, Ronan, Burgoyne, Wilson) . So that leaves a core of 10-11 players from a year ago being kept on.
Probably easier to pick those 10-11 players than to guess who will be going.

The 11 I'd keep Ikeme Iorfa Doherty Hause Saiss Marshall Edward's Graham Dicko Cavaleiro and Costa but that's not very likely. I would also offer Silvio a pay as you play contract but I don't think he'd sign it and of course all the kids. That would give us about 16/ 17 players allowing the manager to bring in 6/ 7 player's to turn us into a top 6 side doable in my opinion.
