I'm not normally one to post on here but I've met and spoke to someone today who wishes to remain anonymous who was in talks to buy wolves two months ago. he was prepared to meet the asking price but pulled out in the end because of the constant moving of the goal posts and all the extra stipulations and regulations that kept getting added on at the endless meetings. He said they were the most difficult people he has ever tried to deal with and even though he couldn't be certain he got the distinct impression that they had no intention of selling at all

It wouldn't surprise me if there was never any real intention to sell. Morgan threw his toys out of the pram after Preston, and put the club on the market. That's telling them Steve! Kick that club and its fans into touch.
Morgan wants to look strong and decisive. He would look weak and impetuous if he had withdrawn the club from sale. But, what better way to withdraw the club from sale than to keep moving the goalposts etc. And I'm not talking about those goalposts that we have trouble kicking a ball through!

I didn't say I was close to him. in fact I only met him this once and it was through works that I was doing at his house. I wouldn't say his name only that he is the owner of a top company. also he is a top bloke and seemed on the level. he also said he wouldn't be rekindling his interest in the club due to him feeling he'd wasted his time.

You maybe right but I know what I know and he seemed straight. he also didn't know I was a wolves fan. like I said I don't normally post on these sites and I'll probably not post again but I believe what he told me and if you don't that's your prerogative.
Either way time will tell what will happen at wolves.

He already has invested 2.5 million into Wrexham via a third party.
His son is in the academy at Wrexham.
