If you think about it, if Morgan Sell's Wolves for 40to50 mil, how much money has he actually lost since taking control of our club? Think about it, after asset stripping the team, money from being in the premier league etc, I would say not a lot, if anything he has probably gained. Also then you've got the land he brought, and Redrow building the stand.

Wonder what good old Sir Jack would of made him?

Redrow didn't build the stand.

They developed Compton and Redrow profited from that one way or another.

I think SMorgan's legacy is hanging by a thread, which should be a big deal to him, his charity covers this pocket, Wolves across to Shrewsbury up to Wrexham. His charity work is actually irrelevant, he only does it to win Honours and open opportunities up for Redrow, it doesn't make a legacy on its own.

His legacy, and opportunity to be respected in this area (which I think is very important to him) will be entirely determined by how much he sells Wolves for (how he profits) and who he sells it too. He was entrusted by SJH, he got to own the club at a fraction of it's value on the basis of trust. After Moneyshop, I have zero confidence in him, I don't actually think he or Moxey know the difference between right and wrong.

Ulf - Imo I think Steve Morgan tried to sell us fans when he was taking control, that he was "the new Sir Jack", which he clearly was not. Wolves was just a clever buisness opertunity for SM, he took advantage of Sir Jacks genorosity, and when he passed away, he showed his true colours. I think the Legacy when SM finally leaves Wolves, will be a mixed bag of emmisions. mostly disappointment, a lot of broken dreams and promises.

I actually do think SMorgan originally had best intentions, there was nothing wrong in him seeking to make money while he was here to justify his time and investment (£30m) , as long as he did the right thing for Wolves. I'd bet as a property developer himself SJH saw SMorgan like that too.

Smorgan didn't do the right thing though (stand we didn't need instead of investing in team, low wages, manager fiasco, Moneyshop) , but perhaps only in error, out of naivity because he believed in Moxey's advice too much, rather than it being down to a desire to cynically exploit us and the opportunity.

Imo SMorgan has everything to prove now about his whole time here, shark or incompetent dove misled / let-down by Moxey, we shall see what he's really about when the sale is done.

The way I see things' and it's an opinion, regarding sir Jack and Morgan are this, he had Jacks pants down and moxey was happy to help knowing he was to be kept on in some capacity if I hings went well for morgan' I doubt Jack would have agreed to Morgan taking over seeing how he has played the game and treated the fans.
