It is indeed but a few clubs with rich owners have ignored the ffp and spent way more than they had coming in Bournemouth a prime example they just got a fine that's all, plus I believe the rules have been relaxed a bit now and it's over a 3 year period.
Still I can't see a 21million player joining a championship club.

I think the reason for him possibly coming to us is because he won't cost £21m or whatever is quoted. The main reason he'll cost that much to someone in the premier league is because the size of the fee is something work permits are judged on and so, his price is inflated. In our case, I don't think we'd have to pay as much as that but, would still be a sizeable amount and a lot more than our normal transfer fees.
