Intentions / game plan is feel free share all I know is don't want academy pushed one side and kids don't get first team chance.

Remember our new coach was Spain under 21's coach, so i'd imagine the academy will play an important role. Get the right mix of youth and experience and all systems go! ðŸ‘.

Good shout Tamworth just wonder how could work - say u got price etc what price range do u go for cause if u start lookin 8m+ surly be big descrepancy in quality of type players in team at moment we at the 2-3 m price range close too price ifora price.

I'd like to see the backbone of the team maintained, such as Ikeme, Hause, Iorfa, Price, Zyro, Graham and Dicko along with the emerging players already here such as Bright, Reid, Ennis and Deslandes. 3 or 4 good quality signings would suffice for now so that we improve but the youth players should be encouraged to step up. I do not want to see a complete overhaul like Man City. I'd much rather see us improve like Southampton.

If you look at man utd for eg, ferguson brought quality to compliment youth and to bring them on, play and train with quality top players and you raise and imporove your own game.
