Decent result on Saturday at Portman Road. The positive aspect is we twice came from behind; a fighting spirit not seen nearly enough this season. Hopefully shows some strong backing for Kenny from the team. Sadly, the goals conceded were poor, particularly the second. The first was a terrific finish, but Douglas had enough time to control and pick his spot. For the second, Ikeme was caught in no man's land. Between him and Martinez, there's easily been a dozen goals this season where the goalkeepers could've directly done better.

Positive to see also that Graham was given a chance. A fine corner and an energetic display. Lot of positives in that respect.

MK Dons at home next. Definitely a win-able game. In fact, looking at the fixtures up until the new year, I think it's fair to aim for at least 16 points - Wednesday and Reading (even with the uncertainty about Clarke) possessing the biggest challenges.

5pts out the last 21, 5 wins out of 17 games, 14th in the table, until this takeover happens and there's investment on the playing side this is a dead season.

This is a dead season but I expect us to pick up some momentum now. Survived a couple of tough games some winable games ahead likely to get an unbeaten run going and make a forlorn move up the table.

I agree Wolfie Wilde. Why oh why didn't Ikeme intercept that "cross" for the second goal. Did he think it was going wide? Even if it was, their striker was still going to beat Iorfa to turn it in.

Other than that, yes, good to see the team looking like their better days of last season again. Wonderful long pass from Price to Alf to set up the second goal.

But I will be surprised if we make the playoffs. This team still needs to step up a gear - can't all be because Steers and Sako have gone and Dicko is injured. We have around 8 of last season's regulars still in the team. And Alf and Williamson are pretty good. Just need to decide which one of the 200 players we've tried on the left wing will be our regular.

Don't get carried away and think we have easy games coming up, remember we lost to Bristol city who we always beat down bottom of league and also Bolton who have only won 1 match and that was against us, so we better get used to it this year we look like a side who will finish around middle of table, hope we can get new owners in for next year and move on its the only way because Morgan is not interested anymore and to be honest I will be glad when new owners are in.

I think siggy will make a difference. We need to get him fit, and I don't think Wallace is 100% yet hence why we havnt seen his best form.

Is Siggy a better player now than 2 years ago when Kenny didn't always pick him in League 1 and 18 months ago when nobody wanted to sign him because if he is then fine but he hasn't played much and not at all in England I don't think he's our answer.

I know what u mean windowWolf, but am I wrong in saying he was decent in the championship? He just lacked expirience as it was his first time in England. But he showed potential am I correct? In league 1 tbf he barely played, him and griffiths looked to be the strike force then he brought Back Doyle! He was left with 15, maybe 20 mins a game after that, in games such as Crawley where he started and as a striker not out wide he scored, also at Port vale. After that not much game time and left out of the squad he was put straight into the Rotherham game, he was awful, but hasn't had much game time, 2 years on, 2 years older, stronger learnt more, matured. He's worth a try give him till end of season. If he proves nothing he'll go for free anyway.
