Right. Its time to get real on here. 'The Crewe Alexandra of the Championship' Paul Tamworth ridiculous comment.
Lets face some facts.
Of course we aren't where we wanted to be after 6 games, of course we all want to have 18 points and a goal difference of +20. But for goodness sake get in the real world. The truth of it is we probably over performed a little last season, KJ did well to get that squad of players as far as he did.
So where are we at now, selling Stearman seems to be the issue that has tipped one or two over the edge. Stearman is an honest hard working Centre Half who always gave 100% for us. But he was prone to the odd error and a world beater he isn't. He has gone, get over it.
Coady and Wallace will improve the squad and Bathh will make a difference at the back.
Do I want us to spend £9m on a striker, pay him £20k a week? Yes I do but only if we can afford it and it fits into the ethos of the club.
Am I a massive fan of M and M. You have to look at the big picture. Look at our new stand, look at the training ground, NO ONE can say truthfully that Morgan hasn't invested in the club. We know that Moxey is a little tight, and we would all love a little more spent on the team. But we are a very well run Football Club on a sound financial footing. We have recovered from our dip of 2 seasons and got rid of our £30-40k a week earners.
Would I rather have Johnny Foreigner from Russia/USA/UAE in charge. To use Wolves as a play thing for 5 years and then drop us like a lead balloon in £50m of debt. WOULD I HELL AS LIKE.
Some of you so called Wolves supporters on here need to get real. If you are indeed Wolves supporters, get in your seat on Saturday and support the lads with all the passion you put into some of your comments on here. Give the young lads the encouragement and the support they need to thrive. that's what I will be doing.

Agree0 Disagree0

Tom Tit let's see what happens with the young lad Enniss then tell me I'm wrong!!! As for supporting them I do home and most aways!! There has been very little investment on the playin side and those brought in are from lower clubs and youngsters so we can get away with payin low wages! Any quality youngsters like Iorfa will also be picked off!! U need to wake up and see what's happening and get them M and M tinted sunglasses off!!

Agree mate. Truth is we all want to be in the prem but we all see how we achieve that differently.

For me other than losing Sako and Dicko I think we are stronger than last year in the sense that Iorfa, Hause, Landell and co have another year under their belt. Coady is a good signing as is Le Fondre. Hopefully Wallace and Ojo will prove to be good signings.

Who knows if Ojo will replace Sako but as we are seeing from his Palace performances replacing him is a very big ask and maybe my main criticism is that we had enough time to line up a replacement and seemingly failed to do so. I like Edwards but he isn't a winger. Maybe they hold high hopes for Wallace.

I'd like to see a team where 50/60% have come through our youth academy with the rest made up of Afobe type signings and we are getting nearer and nearer to that.

If we lose Enniss it will be because he wants to go and not because we want to cash in. Why would Morgan reject so much for Afobe but accept a small figure for such a prospect? 1m might be a lot for a kid but in the grand scheme of things a mill is not a lot to Morgan.

Time will tell but better to try and support the team than constantly moan. As we have seen over the last few seasons the difference in crowd to that of years gone by has had a big impact on the players.

It's not rocket science, if u win games the crowds will come back! If we carry on with this set up the crowds will dwindle! Top 6 minimum, that's what Moxey and Thelwell said!! At the moment we're struggling to make the top 16!!

So you would rather be owned by Johnny Foreigner Paul Tamworth? Niall Ennis will not be going anywhere. He is a very grounded lad, with a very supportive family that want what's best for him. That I know for a fact. Yes of course his head might be turned. But he won't go. Fact.

I'd rather be owned by someone with ambition!! FACT!!

Well said Tom Tit - took the words right out of my mouth. But we do need another Forward, even if on loan and arguably another CB

17 Sep 2015 13:28:36
Tom Tit you seam to have great faith in the 2m's fair play to that ,but me I go on results and they have not been good enough so far and that's a fact .
I am not asking for the world but Morgan did now what he bought into when he wanted to own the wolves ,they must get in premier and stay there that should be the main objective everything is in place which I would like to thank Mr.Morgan for like the ground and acadamy, except for investment in players of quality to go with these up and coming young players, I don't mean get in debt ,if he don't want to invest then I am sure there is suitable people out there to take us to the next level and I don't mean a Johnny foreigner

Listening to what K.J. says and I hope he gets a striker in because with talk of young Bright and with siggy coming back on the scene seams a bit dodgy to me and a way out of not signing anybody,I for one said give siggy a chance before with players we had but K.J. wasn't interested ,in my opinion we need the pair of them and a striker on loan most definately .
K.J. must get a settled side quickly tinkering to much for me look at Henry was on the way out one minute now going to offer new contract, which may I say is a good thing because to me he as given is all and never let us down
