Yeah, used to enjoy queueing at the back of the old South Bank, down the allley, along the Waterloo Road and up Molineux Street, plenty of fans always camped out overnite, those were the days my friend (that was a new song in those days)

I remember standing in a queue that snaked from the South Bank turnstiles, down Molineux Alley, round the Waterloo Rd, past the North Bank and back up Molineux Street. You would buy your ticket at the South Bank turnstiles and then pass through the empty ground (was’nt called a stadium back then) . You felt a sense of pride and commitment. You’re a supporter number now. You queue in the comfort of your home.
